She had received her COS and she is expecting to resume in November but yet to submit her application as at today. Can she meet up with the november resumption date on her COS? Also the husband want to accompany her to UK just to spend 10 days and returns to Nigeria before he finally join with the children next year . Can the husband also apply for Visa with her now ? if yes, which visa category? I will appreciate your urgent response.

I have my CoS and offer letter but haven't been able to apply because I haven't done English and TB test.
1. How did you book for your TB test, the site is always saying slot not available
2. Was it any of your lecturers that wrote letter for you for the NARIC verification and how long did it take to get the NARIC feedback.
3. Besides CoS, offer letter, TB cert and English proficiency, what other documents did you include in your application?

Also does it mean I can start the application and save to continue later? I was thinking I have to get all documents ready before starting that's why I asked for the needed documents.

You may have to visit IOM at their office physically to book a date for your tb test or send them an email.

My medium of instruction letter was prepared by my university's academic office (transcripts unit) within the Senate building of the school and not a lecturer.

The NARIC report comes out within 10 working days..but usually less. I got mine in 6 working days.

The documents you need to submit would be shown to you on a checklist on the UK Gov website... within your application portal.

I mean with a NARIC report showing that your Bachelor degree is equivalent to a UK bachelor degree and evidencing your English proficiency you do not need IELTS again, this is for the skilled worker visa. I don't know about other visa types.

You may choose to write IELTS, PTE or any other secured test (check the UK site for guidance). My concern is that you have received your CoS but you don't have all your documents in place. Note that the COS has an expiry date.

As for the TB test, if you can prove to them that your start date is very close and you are way behind schedule, they may consider. Send a mail to them and also consider gate crashing. But you may be required to book a date online first.

There are quite a number of services offered by TLS. This includes the walk-in option which comes at additional cost.

I booked my appointment opting for the self service option where I scanned and uploaded required documents myself on the TLS website.

My biometrics appointment was pretty much just two working days after application so wasn't a far off date. I went for the VI TLS which comes at an additional charge of 55 GBP.
