The were 4 cameras located at different locations in the complex Camera 1 captured me : The clothing description by this lady and her family on 911 record showed the black male was wearing a Khaki short..... However I wasn't wearing khaki shorts. There is another camera angle that captured the black male wearing khaki shorts, this video was viewed by a detective Adam Kiker and he wrote in his observatory report that he saw the black male that wears khaki short on camera. That was the black male the lady reported, where is the video so that the world could see the face of the assailant. This video was never released....... Detective Adam Kiker also testified at the trial that he has seen the video and man in khaki short. The video is an exculpatory evidence for me because I can never be at two different locations at the same time wearing two different types of cloth. I have sent a copy of the 911 to Chatinent I have sent a copy of the police officer report also I also sent the police office trial testimony where he admitted to have seen the video of the man in khaki short. The lady and her family all testified at the trial that the man was wearing khaki short. Let us assume the victim was traumatized and made the mistake, how about the police officer that watched the surveillance video and confirmed he saw the man in khaki short was he traumatized also? And 3 years later,he came to the trial to testify under oath to this report. Please wait for chatinent to upload these documents and you can see for yourself. The police maliciously confused the general public by showing the wrong video, even though they are in possession of the real culprit video. 5 Likes |

1stGenAmerican:I don't want to know his past records but this his sentencing looks somehow. He may have been accused wrongly and you have locked your heart to only believe the records you obtain from the same people who sentenced him. He challenged you here to show the evidence where signed an affidavit affirming to be the person in cctv video chasing down the victim the court provided, you haven't done that. It's better to stop commenting than spoiling this guy's chance of getting justice(if he is innocent). 17 Likes 2 Shares |

Bush2013: These are irrelevant to the charges. He was not charged for theft, robbery or fraud, he was charged and sentenced for rape and assault of a minor. So I don't see what buying six suvs plus many other things in a space of two month visiting visa has to do with it. 16 Likes 1 Share |

Investigators were able to find surveillance footage that showed Bah chase the victim into the woods, and two types of DNA evidence helped tie Bah to the crime, the release said. The victim also testified during the trial. But he said he couldn't be at two places at the same time. Was he truly the one in surveillance camera? I have never seen a confusing case like this before! 8 Likes |

GetMeRight:With what he has been saying, I can deduce that there are two footages, don't these footages have timestamps on them, at least to show when he passed and when the event happened cause he was about to give the time frame of the event in an earlier post. Is it that they decided to override the timestamp on the footage even when they know the time the event took place, that's if the CCTV have timestamp? Modified: they already concluded that he was the one on khaki 1 Like 1 Share |

Powerhouse5050: But what about this information below? In fact after being shown the footage, Mr. Bah signed an affidavit acknowledging that it is he who appears in the footage. All what you are saying is that the DNA didn't match yours. Did someone already raped the girl and you just happened to be the one chasing her after that for God knows what? 3 Likes |

daintyprincess: That's why the case as presented by Powerhouse5050 is confusing. Didn't his lawyers present a defense? What about his alabi, was he anywhere close to the crime scene at the time of the crime? What's about his phone? Could the phone company he is using not present his ping records at the time of the rape to determine his location? The only place to go now is the appeal court. Why did he not appeal immediately the verdict and sentence was passed? Why wait 3 years before appealing? 4 Likes 2 Shares |

ivolt: I agree with you but though when you look at the definition you will sort of understand why that was included in the charge. The sentencing is way too harsh and should be challenged but here is the prob though.. can the op plead for sentencing leniency while at the same time claiming innocent of the crime? 1 Like 1 Share |
Re: Follow Up: Nigerian Locked Up for the Case of Rape —The Walk, The End. by justwise(m): 8:26am On Oct 10, 2021 |
chatinent: I guess that depends on the behaviour of the accused during the investigation and court hearing. If you lied, frustrated the effort of the court and drag the victim through awful experiences only to plead guilty at the last minute then the judge will come down on you with heavy sentence. Asking to be sent to Nigeria to serve the jail sentence is another way of saying that you are guilty of the crime. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Powerhouse5050 So many angles to this case and story for one to begin to even doubt his own sanity... Bro, if you are truly innocent and a victim of a mistrial and prejudice, I sincerely hope you find the help that you clamour for, the true criminal apprehended, taken in, and given the same sentence you currently carry. However, if you are lying and trying to mislead people, bro, that'd be an extra sin on your part. Since you posted about this case here, I've gone reading more about your case from different sources and blogs, one of which is LIB. In one of the comments on the aforementioned blog, someone who supposedly knew you posited that you both were workmates and that you were framed up blablabla...for whatever reasons. Now my question to you based on your last update is this: 1. You claimed to have entered the US from Japan sometime in April of the same year and barely two months before the said rape incident that you would eventually get roped in for and ultimately jailed for. Did you travel to the US specifically for the purpose of buying these 6 SUVs? If yes, are you able to provide and defend your source of funds for the purchase, and why did you do a cash purchase? (For those who might not understand where these questions are coming from, this has a huge bearing on the ops history and case and you'd understand later as this case unravels). 2. While you were a resident at this apartment complex, were you living alone, what was your living arrangement, lifestyle, and general relationship with other occupants of the said complex viz a viz neighbourhood. Were you the loud one who'd terrorize neighbours and other occupants with our usual "noise" and one who can't be linked directly to any legitimate source of affluence commensurate with his obvious lifestyle? Remember, you were just two months in the US on a visitors visa, driving an SUV, and already purchased 6 of the same in cash when there are people born and bred there like the victim's parents, the police officers, prosecutors, jurors, and even the Judge in your case who might only own at most, 2 vehicles they probably might still be paying for in bits. 3. Why did you have to change counsels as often as you did? And where you were justified with such changes, were your new counsels always updated with your file and case at every point in time, and can you tell for certain that your file was being treated as it ought to? As much as I feel you could have been a victim of a mistrial or miscarriage of justice, everything I've read from you and some parts of your case records points to the fact that you got too laxed and arrogant at the crucial and early stages of this case probably due to the few "millions" you had in your account and thus felt, the worst that could happen to you was, you'd be found not guilty and eventually getting deported to Nigeria to continue flexing your wealth. This arrogance and defiance could certainly be felt and could have irked anyone including your very own defence counsel thereby leading everyone to believing you were indeed guilty. There are so many angles to your case my brother as I started above, but the last of them which I won't shy away from letting you and everyone else know or take very seriously is KARMA. I believe so very firmly in karma. No be everybody dem dey collect him thing dey go free. Whether white, black, red, green or yellow human. The moment the victim shed tears and send words to you in that pain, forget it...your own don be. I honestly pray your appeal see the light of the day and help finds you, otherwise, na you do yourself guy. This should serve as a very huge life lesson to us all particularly the ones amongst us who have chosen to glamorize everything evil even when it could end another's life while falsely believing we are smart and living life on the "fast lane". This could have been I, you, and us all reading here because we always wrongly believed in our own warped understanding of life. I can 100% relate to op's case based on personal experiences. I feel sorry for Nigeria and her youths every day. We've all become persona non-grata to one and every. To cap it all off, it doesn't look like abating one bit to say the least. Bless you, mate. 15 Likes |

ivolt: My brother, did you say it would be stupid to tamper it? But a lot of people have been sent to jail via this means and by error. I asked a question about it and i’m yet to get an answer. There are plenty ways of dealing with people and this is one; only If the guy was innocent. 2 Likes |

Powerhouse5050: Thanks for the reply. Can you state the facts the jury relied upon to convict you? These forms the bases of your appeal. Did they convict based on the “inconclusive” DNA result? Did they convict based on CCTV video of the incident? Did they convict based on the Victim’s testimony? Did they convict based on your plead for mercy (Ref: 1stGenAmerican’s account) In your presentation here and 1stGenAmerican ‘s I have not seen any conclusive fact of this case. You have a record of the transcript with you, right? PS: Truth is for God. Facts are for court! Please leave out the truth and give us only the facts. 4 Likes |
