I screwed up on something and I want to see if it’s correctable.

I mistake told my Mason to polish the face of my ramp instead of doing a broom finish. It’s now slippery.

Sir, 6 months down the line, I'll say its worth the investment. I bought the relay type from someone here( I actually preferred the servo, based on my research on and outside here but it was not available after I had already paid). I'll strongly recommend the servo type. You'll love it sir.

Another angle to be looked at with low/fluctuating voltage issue. When we had this in my street the NEPA fix that was done was to replace the 3 feeders that was supplying light to the street at a cost of 25k each (90k all in) and we did this in February and so far have had stable light.

How should I send you the building plan so you can estimate the quantities of paint.

Screeding is the best form of wall smoothening followed by application of primer.
You may use silk or satin for inside and matte for external.
You may also use regular emulsion for pop.
You may use any type of screeding. Cement/pop emulsion, pop cement or basecoat. Just ensure sufficient PVA bond is added with the cement and pop cement type.
Regular emulsion: N7500
Matte: N26000
Satin: N31000
Silk: N36000
Transport should be in the range of N1500 per drum to most parts of the country and I split the cost with clients or make free delivery if the quantity is much.
