Training starts from the first day a child is born.
Discipline your child properly. Discipline is not shouting, screaming or beating a child.

Next time you wanna sleep without disturbance, just find a chore or activity they hate and tell them they're gonna do that for you when you wake up from sleep.... They won't wanna disturb you so as to prolong your sleep for as long as possible.
