Ekoile the Osun villager, for you not to be attacking the project means you are dumbfounded, now you found nothing to attack you started yapping about nonsense. Meanwhile, I saw you on that airport thread, you viewed and ran away. NGpatriot: 2 Likes |

Many ppl don't know what Viable population is. Same reason they're Using lagos stadium instead of Akwa Ibom that's way better, fans no go show. Also same reason Owerri is attracting investments despite the minor security setbacks and same reason Abia has many multinational |

post=106654997: This is relatively poor quality construction. It's not being constructed to the quality that a building this big ought to be. The ceiling looks like something that will sag very soon. And I'm sure it will use standing split AC instead on proper central ac with conduit in the ceiling. Which will eventually go bad and be leaking water all over the Place. |

Ceiling that can be replaced, if they decide to change the entire roof to glass tomorrow they will, it's designed for that, you're not looking at the project my friend. Did you see the roofing frameworks, the structural integrity of the building, the interior, the environmental design. Plus it's 10000 capacity. Find another good conference center in Nigeria and dissect it section by section and then compare COMPAQ: 1 Like |

If I decide to post pictures of cracks in structures from Lagos and or Ogun alone this thread will not contain us. This things exists everywhere. And this thing you posted is surface crack, the structural integrity is solid. It's still in use NGpatriot: 1 Like |

It is one thing to build, it's another thing to standardize and maintain. What structure is being put in place to maintain the venue in order for it not to fall into disrepair. That structure is supposed to pay for itself. 02 Arena, Wembley stadium in London pay for itself. Tomorrow we'll hear that 4 billion has been allocated for rehabilitation. |

Furious1: Anambra has a viable population domiciled within Anambra and neighbouring states ............when combined with Anambrarians living in lagos , port Harcourt, Abuja and elsewhere in Nigeria.....there is no way facilities as this will not be viable, any new governor of Anambra should go after the massive Anambra capital based outside the state...............let us attract our people back home first to invest. 2 Likes 1 Share |

MI6Surveillance: Mọrons on this forum who are never willing to learn. Probably has no idea of what Scale of Preference means. How do you connect scale of preference, a concept in Economics with a person's state of origin. The idiocy is startling. FYI, Where I come from, we don't go about killing people in the name of a phantom Biafra or force people out of school or any bullshit like that |

MI6Surveillance: Lol. You are obviously a child in need of guidance. Now let me educate you. A scale of preference is list of an individual/country's wants ranked in order of their importance. Usually items that will yield maximum utility are higher up the list. Now ask yourself, if a conference centre is a most pressing need for the people of Anambra. Your governor Willie a.k.a Isi shampoo is known for embarking on white elephant projects. No wonder your state is in ruins. So I'm not surprised you turned out to be a dumbfụck |
