From my experience, Maintaining frame is not something you do once and then go to rest, its something you have to keep doing for the rest of your life. to be honest, its not easy as women are very wily and cunning, the shit tests are constant, they dont stop. They test you today , you pass, they test you again tomorrow. if you are not sharp, you may not even know you are being shit tested.
