My point still remains, how are you so sure its a 30days task?
Will your budget be able to compensate for the tight schedule?
Because I assumed you have a tight timeline, which is fine. But you can't have tight schedule and have tight budget too, that will lead to a big disaster.
Ask a competent project manager with coding background.
