Is estibot even reliable to begin with? You can use Nameworth, GoDaddy or Alter's appraisal bots. Or you can even try Brandpa's. Lol. That is the worst.

Definitely, at this point its easy to say "we die here", "No retreat, no surrender ".
In this business new opportunities keep emerging especially in the tech industry with emergence of new words /phrases, so it doesn't matter when you joined the business, it is possible for anyone to snatch up a good name anytime.
We also need to step up our game by buying names in the after-market.
The risks are high, but not as much as other offline businesses I have done, so we shall remain like tomorrow ; if you know what I mean. SHALOM

Off the top of my head, I recall sav, and namesilo are eligible. But you can get quick response from support@afternic.com if you need to find out about any other Registrar. The team are always quick to respond.

If you have a domain name in singular, try to reg the plural as well...

this helped me sold a domain name last year because the buyer checked and noticed I owned the plural. I am seeing same thing for two domain names that I own. I have sent outbound emails for just one of each but I am seeing someone checking whois for the other singular or plural versions.

I can see it because I use Epik. This is why Epik is good for some insights. It can help you check which domain name to keep or renew.

I think the geo domain market has been down for some months now-its really shocking. Sales have really dried up.

I bought an expired domain in July .

. The company has been using it for over 20 years and suddenly dropped it and migrated to the singular.

They dropped movers and are currently using mover.

But still in their official Facebook page they still maintained movers that's the one I have.

I have contacted the boss of the company but there is no response. And till date they still have my own in their Facebook page.

It was getting traffic on Dan and since it was the best in my portfolio, decided to forward it to 'boost' my profile. The buyer added me and asked what service I render and told him what I do which doesn't relate to domain sales.

He made me an offer and we went back and forth till we agreed.
