Why will someone take pleasure in making sure an innocent person is jailed for a crime he/she knows nothing about. Why why why?
Why "condemned" this man already.

I beg everyone, let's just try and be objective. He deserved to prove is innocence and present all evidences that will prove him innocent.

Op, stay strong and also be careful.

It's called "WICKEDNESS IN HIGH PLACES" my Brother.

Some people just derive sadistic pleasure from seeing others suffer, whether justly or unjustly...it gives them the kicks.

In addition to your questions: was the girl a virgin? Was Mr Bah visually identified by the victim? Was the victim cross examined by the defense? Was she a virgin? Was there a tear in her anus to indicate forceful-first time sodomy?
The duration of the incidence? Were was his semen removed from the victim before DNA was carried out? Is the semen sample still in preservation?

Oga your approach is wrong, whether she was a virgin or not is not Important, rape occured, your reasoning is incessant. We need to know and prove that Mr. Bah is innocent as he claims.

Can y'all just shut the fvck up on this arrogance of a thing. Y'all are sounding stupid. Should the OP now keep quiet to all your insults and accusation like a meek goat, have you ever been locked up? The man is entitled to express himself, he is flesh and blood just like me and you, it's like you think this case is black and white, all the guy did was to challenge those that were accusing him, how is that arrogance, I swear this shit is pissing me off, just because he's in jail and he needs help, he should be sucking all your d!cks right

Ok the OP should behave like the alpha lion and roar at anyone that doubt his story. Take note that the charges are no longer accusations but convictions. So no one is accusing the OP.
Let the OP continue to express himself, he has 3 life times to do it. If you thing expressing himself can get set him free, then continue to goad him to express himself aggressively to all that fail to believe his story, includung the press, lawyers, judge and the general public.

You are sitting in the comfort of your living room screaminv" this shit is pissing me off". If you are incarcerated, even if it is in Nigerian prison not to talk of a prison in Georgia, for the rest of your life, you will suck both sick and ass of anyone who could help get you out.

I think some of you deliberately want to sabotage the OP from any change of having his case looked at.

You know why I am optimistic about this case that he is innocent?

If I had followed the facts at my disposal from the internet, I could have thought otherwise...but after studying timestamps and his evidences, I felt otherwise.

And that's because I patiently listened to him, and patiently examined his facts.

We cannot say they are doctored since they are part of the case.

I also studied the parts of his three attorneys! Permit me to say, with due respect, they were racist lawyers.

This was why I urged everyone to be patient.

Oil dey your head, Bro...
There's no doubt in my mind that this guy is INNOCENT and by GOD'S GRACE, he'll come out victorious at the end of the day.

Thanks for all you're doing here concerning his case. GOD bless you abundantly.

So I guess you are seeing what I see.

No grip on reality and how things work in the real world. Even if the convicted was to start spilling details of some wild, far-fetched conspiracy, it would not lead to his conviction being overturned. In the eyes of the court, he was given ample time (at least 3 years) to cooperate with his attorney and build his case and he failed to do so. A person convicted of a crime just can’t arbitrarily decide to “come clean” and expect the court reconvene and set him free.

The rape apologist’s attitude and declarations reflect the attitude of Bah which is what led to the crime in the first place. I guess neither realizes that the Western world holds a totally different view of the crime.

Regarding your question about the transcript review, I too would love to know.

Quite sad.

funny. he was accused, had 3 years to prepare his defence and gather all the evidence, went to trail which lasted 6 days and was found guilty of the charges by a 12-man jury in less than an hour.

S0, what exactly is he being accused of?

Cause I am not understanding again - you and the other guy temblor1.

If he stepped on the wrong toes and they wanted to take him out whatever happened to putting bullets through him?

Bro abeg read my post again, I said as far as he's claiming he's innocent, the convictions are accusations on his part not mine. To the rest of us he's a convict already but to himself and according to him, he claims innocence, so to himself he's definitely being accused, that was the angle I was coming from, thank you

How many 13 year olds that have been molested and abused, by trusted one's such as parents and guardians?
Quite many. Most of whom can be easily coerced.
This is simply a set up, and the mob have invaded this forum.

Powerhouse5050, keeping mum with this exposition will do you more harm than good.
It's left for you to clear the air and indict your accomplice's that framed you.
To be frank! A deal went sour, and Mr Bah must be deleted. I fear for his life at the moment, more than that sentence.
If he can't state his mission objective in the US, all these cant save nor help him.
Who leaves Japan for tourist visit to Georgia, for a duration of more than two months!
Many have asked how I can help. To be honest, I'm helpless since Mr Bah prefers incarceration than Justice.

Is it because the victim is a female thats why so much efforts is geared towards morality?
Many male juveniles were accorded such privileges of privileges of witness protection.
Intact they were grilled beyond their ages.
We'll, its a woman's world.
There are so many instances involving false testimonies and identification, by juvenile victims that lead to wrongful incarceration and in some instances, death of innocents. Most of these culprits are females!
By the way, it is still the police, the victim, her parents/guardians and probably a state hired defense attorney that were present during the identification of the accused. No serous cross examination was carried out?
When he was detained at the police station there exists a possibility of his body fluids to be obtained, with an aim of linking the accused to the crime.
Even the clothes found can be inadmissible under the watch of a good lawyer.

The whole rape saga, might never have occurred..
Could you imagine the extent someone can go to? To make sure his debts are forfeited?
This is a crime ring we might be drooling over.
His mission to the States was probably initially have been to chase an 'AZAMAN.' Or perhaps men.
Corelate this with the efforts taken by the defendant in transforming cash into assets, to be drifted away from the shores of the US.
Maybe you can brief us about the reasons why public records ain't restricted, but limited to the public about this case.
For someone on triple life sentences to declare that he's so far spent $150,000 on lawyers? Apart from those SUV'sb( 6 SUV's, irrespective of the models; in barely 2 months)? I'm appalled!!!
He's worth more than 10 times that: I'm sure of.
So why fire three different public defense attorneys?
In addition. Who in his right state of mind will leave Japan innocent as postulated and backed by the Interpol, decide to forfeith all his sums just to simply enjoy the rape and sodomy of a 13 year old?
You should browse and even check porn sites to acknowledge not just rape; but the processes and pains involved in first time anal sex!
Can that ever occur in a close by woods?
By the way; what time did the crime occur?
He's hiding somethings.
I was blunt, and I take responsibility if accorded the chance to cross examine both the victim and the accused.
I come in good faith.
Thank you.

So all of the things that you are asking of God only apply to the convicted man?

Have you even taken into consideration that maybe God answered the prayers of the child and her parents which is why a guilty verdict was rendered and a long sentence handed down?

Perhaps that poor little girl had very strong people lifting her up in prayer and God put the girl’s enemies to shame?

Some of you act as though only certain people are entitled to God’s mercy and intervention when it is quite possible that He has already moved.

I have looked at the "evidences" you've provided in this thread.

You're full of shit. Straight up.

I mean, I get it. People are getting shanked and murdered all around you in the state prison at Coffee County. The Georgia prison system is falling apart, and prison gangs have effectively taken over state prisons because of the labor shortage with guards. You can get your hands on a cell phone because things are that loose right now. Those prison gangs take a very, very dim view of child rapists. You fear for your life, so you're reaching out any way you can hoping someone will get you out.

You've lied like hell through much of the posts here. You were defended by a public defender, and didn't spend your own money on your defense. You challenged the DNA evidence -- because it was a close enough match to you to overcome the doubts of a judge and jury. The victim identified you in court as the attacker. There is no meaningful doubt about your guilt. Nonetheless, I have a phone call out to the district attorney and a records request to the Douglas County courthouse for the full transcript.

With that kind of evidence, you leaving your phone somewhere else while committing the crime -- your "GPS" evidence -- doesn't matter. Minor questions about whether or not you were able to ditch your clothing don't matter. Nothing you've said overcomes the strength of the evidence presented in court, or demands that I "investigate" any further than this.

You were convicted fairly. You are no longer entitled to a presumption of innocence, particularly on the strength of this evidence.

You think you're going to die in jail, and soon. I sympathize with that fear. You were sentenced to life in prison, not to be garroted by a murderer in a dark corner of a prison hall. But you belong in prison..

In my opinion, this guy has been as calm and civil as anyone, especially with that antagonistic woman that has been on his trail from the get go, considering the type of pressure he's been under, all this while.

In fact, I like his demeanor so far, cos some other person would have lost their cool or withdrawn into their shell, cus of the intimidation, accusations and counter-accusations from some people on this forum, you inclusive.
