You’ll need to apply window privacy film. However this doesn’t guarantee that light won’t pass through at night.

Pls is window dressing different from plastering.... Im confused because my engineer is charging different for it.. What do I do Pls.?

there is No any glass that we are using for now that is not reflective in the night immediately you on your light it will be reflected
The glass that is not reflective can't be use for window except you your self don't want to see outside but those glass are not advisable for house window

I decided to get quotations for burglary, front and back door as well as windows. (Mhen prices were kinda high especially the windows)

Now my question is, would it be advisable to divert the little fund I have now into the burglary and windows because I learnt the prices of these materials keeps going up almost on daily basis, or should I just roof the house.

You can use electrostatic glass film or you can frost the glass.
The electrostatic glass film is about 7k for size 1.5ft*5ft ( 2nd and last pics

Don’t let village people know that I advise you to roof now bcs they don’t want you to roof now so that your block can get weaker to the point of collapse of some part of the structure.

Thanks bro. We are not using it for room window but want to put it in an area where one could sit and see the outside surroundings. We don't intend to put curtains or blinds on the window. However, some one outside is still able to see the inside when you put on light at night which we don't want.

Ok. thanks. The summary from other responders is that it is impracticable to see such. It must reflect at night when light is on, making it possible for people outside to see the inside. I have asked glass dealers but couldn't get such glass.

The area is a private living room that we want to put fixed glass windows all through without covering it with curtains or blinds. Just plain fixed glass.

You can see surrounding by spacing the film while installing it ,those outside won’t be able to see clearer view of people inside

Yes.
The roof beam receives the weight of the roof and transfer it to the substructure. It relieves the block from carrying the load thereby preventing cracking walls.
Do it if you have money.
If you don't have enough money, do lintels at windows and doors and do the roof beam.

In Ibadan it could take up to 4 weeks based on time of the month submitted. Something about allocation of numbers. None has taken me more than a month.

Egun, it would have been ok but the windows in your post seemed quite elevated. I won't be able to see the outside surroundings at that window level. I want to have the luxury of viewing through a clear fixed glass windows,both at day and night without being noticed by passersby.
