This is not new nau. The modern version has been around a while and there are up to five cooking areas in some newer models. They are even available in good cookware stores across Nigeria.

No 2 food has same cooking time. Definitely one will burn or uncooked.

So how do you it? Start cooking the longer one first before the second?

And the second part will be overheating unnecessarily?

Once the food in one chamber is cooked, you ofcourse put off the gas and simply scoop the cooked meal out, then you reduce the uncooked meal (not water except you have a need for water) into the now empty chamber in an even proportion and return to the gas.

I disagree,imaging you want to boil rice and make stew,rice will be on one side boiling,stew will be on the gr other side boiling for let's say 25 minutes.if you are not using this pot,you will boil your rice for 25 minutes,bring it down and boil your stew for another 25 minutes with another pot.50 munuits of gas usage instead of 25 minutes with this pot.

Interesting times. Nigerians are resilient. They should change the name, though. The two compartment will take longer to get meals done due to the small surface area. But I believe it can be improved upon by making it a bit more flat. Wonderful innovation, kudos
