This application was one of a kind infact it was a strange one, it took a lot of fasting and prayers but God took all the glory.

Reason why I won’t be listing out the application submitted is because the visa was denied and I went through JR

My God that I serve that did this for me will definitely do it for all of you guys.

that's false.A lot of pple have done gift deed including Noel Abingua (pardon my spelling ) .A POPULAR youtuber

Today is public holidays and they are giving PPR.I told u ppl.PPR can come anyday.I have seen Saturday on this thread and was surprised to see Sunday I think once but its not normal

The generic reason for the delay doesn't point to finances IMO. In your SOP, did you convince the VO that your application was genuinely for study purposes? The one-year certificate program may raise a red flag, just a perspective. They’re very strict about the study permit being a temporary visa thing.

A gift deed is like a letter from your sponsor documenting he/shes intentions of sponsoring you and what he/she has done to prove such intentions. Google might give you a better definition though. Just draft a letter with the guide of google and have the letter stamped in the court.

Google will assist you better on this

If my co-sponsor is using a gift deed to show commitment and already made CAD10K to my account, does he still needs to present his bank statements and business registration documents? Or just the "Gift Deed Letter" will suffice?
