Get a used small tin of tin tomato, put a small amount of red oil in it(like half), get 2 eggs of a lizard and put it inside the tin when the oil must have heated up and leave the egg to bust inside the tin containing heated up oil.

Bring it down when the eggs must have busted by itself and allow it cool, then damp your index or pinky finger inside the oil and insert it in your anus. Do this 2-3x daily, it will help out very well.

Go and see a doctor for proper examination to rule out cancer because the symptoms are similar in its early stages.

If it's stage 3 or 4 piles, you might just need surgery as a more rational solution, all those drugs are just for treatment

Good evening, to be honest with you, you should see a doctor to confirm it’s pile, and then go for surgery to remove the pile.

I suffered the same thing for years, I used different native and English medications all to no avail.
Until January 2020 when I finally decided to get rid of it via surgery, now I’m free, the pain is no more.

Sincerely the surgery wasn’t easy, in fact that was the worst 2 weeks of my life, but it’s gone forever.(Amen)

It might not be pile . Have you done a rectal inspection ? And by the way, Anusol is not strong enough to deal with piles or anal fissures . Why not try Procto-Glyvenol and use stool softeners like fibrogel to ease the stress .

For stool softeners I was told by doctor to be eating oranges, especially the chewable part of the orange. It will help soften my stool.

TRY THIS!!
All you need is Aloe Vera and cotton wool.
Peel off the green back of an Aloe vera stalk, apply the gel(the transparent inner part) generously on a piece of cotten wool the size of your anus and then stick it to your anus and leave it there for hours. Change it for at least 2times in a day, do this for a couple of days and get positive results.
Note: Please Do this only when you are indoors, unless you feel comfortable moving around the public with a piece of cotten wool stuck in your anus.
Aloe vera is a great herb.

I will recommend that
(1.)you take Ciprotab-500mg. I think the dosage is once daily. You can ask for proper dosage from your pharmacist.
