Probably you carry baby too often. Tell hubby to massage them for you, and rest your arms when necessary

She's term and ok birth weight. Just feed every 2 hours if on breastmilk only.
Got to be careful so she doesn't reject the breast totally due nipple confusion...so breastfeed her more. You can't tell what quantity she takes from the breast because it can't be measured but if she sucks and either falls asleep or takes her mouth off the nipples without crying then she's full. Also confirm by her wet diapers.
No need for vitamins, she's getting everything she needs from the breastmilk

Please take him to the hospital to see a pediatrician. Do not self medicate and try not to give OVER THE COUNTER COUGH AND CATARRH MEDICINES.

well from the little I know extracting or pumping makes breast milk dry so u need to feed the baby directly instead of pumping

Tiger nuts does wonders. Buy in large quantities for breast milk production.

How are our LOs doing mamas? Is it OK to give my 6 months old baby biscuits? I don't usually take his toys with me when going out because of falling and he likes putting things in his mouth.

Hi Mama,

You can try using a breast pump to bring out the nipples before feeding the babies. A nipple shield could also help.
I have inverted nipples and the lactation consultant advised I use a nipple shield. It worked for a few days before it started hurting so I gave up and now exclusively pump.

That’s normal for exclusively breast fed infants. Nothing to worry about, just carry on breast feeding on demand or every 2-3hours.

So i think with d over excitement my mum got use to carrying her alot on her hand and body to sleep . Now my baby doesn't sleep unless u carry her on ur hand or chest . Once u drop her on d bed she begins to move and wakes up and start behaving uncomfortable dat u just have to pick her up. Pls any advice on what i can do so she can start sleeping on d bed . Please since she still small i want to correct it if possible. . God bless you.

Try this...put her on the bed when she's sleepy but not asleep yet. You can either lie her on her tummy (if there's someone watching her while she's sleeping) or on her side with a pillow supporting her back and pat her back/bum until she sleeps off. Ensure she's not over clothed and room is in a good temperature.

It's normal for EBF babies to poop after every meal and consistency should be egusi like poop and mustard color. If its watery or has mucus in it then you should see a doctor otherwise its fine.

Please mama i still need help in building my breastmilk supply. My baby is just going to be 1month in few days. I Ve been doing a lot of pumping cos she hardly suck enough to fill her and even d pumping sef not dat i get a lot of milk.. pls ve tried taking breastfeeding cookies, palm wine, coconut, i take pap daily. Not seeing any improvement . I want enough milk to nurse her from d breast directly. Pls ur suggestion is highly needed . GOD BLESS YOU ALL . Nb. I had her to ECS
