We’ll Go After Any Business Obeying IPOB’s Sit-At-Home Order in Bayelsa – IYC

The statement which was signed by the information officer of the Central Zone of the IYC, Dee Mitin, also stated that Bayelsa is not part of Biafra and therefore nobody should declare or obey any sit at home directive as being done elsewhere.

It said: “Bayelsa State is not a Biafran State and as such we will resist any attempted business lockdown. We will not hesitate to permanently shutdown any business enterprise or company operating in the state that will henceforth obey such sit at home order.

“To our youths, we are using this medium to appeal to their conscience to always use the consultative and dialogue mechanism when dealing with situations, and desist from incessant public protest in the state. Moreso, write to the leadership of the IYC which is the apex youth body in the state to resolve any issue”.
