when it comes to rule of law and enforcement, I think Ghana is a progressive Nation. And it is well pragmatic in it .

According to Ghanaian law, abortion can be legal in cases of rape, incest , fatal abnormality etc. There are even clinic who offer legal abortion and they advertise it on their bill board. So proud of it. So benin is just a learner.
