The usual mad man. How do I even respond to your nonsense.

Tell Ghana to quit United Nations first. Again try to pass LGBT+ anti-gay law so you know just how much you will lose - and yet Ghanian gays will continue to have gay sex. Are you going to install cameras in every bedroom in Ghana smiley or perform anal inspection annually?

Just30:
You sound dumb as usual, you don't even know that a vote is taken to kill or not to kill a person in almost all democracy where the death penalty has not been abolished..

Sexual preferences are not human rights... The nonsense is not even supported by by biology l, according to the scientific community.

Supporting gay right is inherently hateful in itself since it seeks to subjugate the rights of others and their wishes.

Ghana cannot quit UN when it is an integral part of it.

The UN itself knows what sovereignty is and what democracy looks like hence why it is limited in it efforts....
Just in case you don't know, there is nothing universal in the face of sovereignty.

The law will be passed very soon, just like how Hungry just did. There is nothing to lose, for us because our country is not aid dependent like your country Kenya.
I hope some day, Kenya get to stand on it two feet to reject BS. grin

No one is interested in what kind of sex anybody has but once you are caught violating the law, you will face the consequences of your own foolishness.

Bully practices and threats don't work on Ghana because there has always been a push back.

Our criminal codes are one of the best in the world.

Why should we allow *the minority have their way*? Don't the *majority* also have rights?

Useless primitive nonsense. You have more things to concentrate on - including building a sewage system for your excessive choleric diarhoea - than trying to find out who is gay or not. The same with abortion. Women will abort if they want to - whether you put a law or not. It's just make it more dangerous for them. The same with LGBT+ - they will continue to engage in it - you're just making their life unneccesarly hard.

Anyway try pass that law. Uganda tried and their court saved it. Maybe your justice system will help you - others Ghana remain VERY POOR COUNTRY that depend on AID.

Ghana miseducation. Human rights are not subject to democracy. You can have your way in whether you want communism or capitalism - but not on universal rights. This is why if Ghana decide to violate human rights of Ghanian - it will become a pariah state. South African Boer tried to discriminate on blacks - the world told them NO. Kenya under Moi tried - the world said No. Nigeria with their military dictatorship tried - world said no. Ghana military dictatorship - was also ended.

Once you violate human rights - then all humans - will, should, ought and must STAND UP.

Again west or east - any society that abhors discrimination, embrace diversity, allows greater personal freedoms, allows consensus based leadership like through democracy with regular election rather a forced dictatorship - is a happy thriving society.

The rest are really details. Once you evolve to be a modern man (not a stone age relic) - you will understand what live and let live mean.

For now you're as primitive as a typical uneducated Ghanian. You cannot box all Ghanians into one box - 30m - each one of them diverse - need their personal space and freedom - to live and pursue their happiness in the lives. If they want to enjoy anal sex - let them go for it. If they want to terminate their own pregnancy in their own body - why interfere? With technology - you can carry a baby as well - if you love babies.

And most important when it come to universal personal freedoms and rights - you cannot pass a law to discriminate others - just because the majority wants it. Even if 99 percent of Ghanian oppose gays - it doesn't matter. This is not subject to democracy - you cannot vote to kill or not kill someone.

These are universal human rights..that are natural and inviolable. That is why Ghana will be crushed by many countries if it was to vote to discriminate Ghanians just because 99.9 percent of Ghanian want it. Human rights are UNIVERSAL.

Human rights are a universal right that people have because they are born as humans. Human rights are not given to a citizen like other rights. They are a part of every person in this world. It is not the government who creates these rights, they only recognize them.

Another kindergarten understanding, so what is the essence of marriage that provide a certificate that does not necessarily support the right of couples as it is enshrined in marriage right?.

In a law govern country such as Ghana, a pragmatic debate must be tailored that applying the word "marriage" to some relationships and not to others is not unequal treatment, and thus not discrimination. This is because we are not hypocritical like the West who just give the certificate of marriage to same sex but doesn't enshrined their right like opposite sex.

Well, if your free human right advocate can argue that unequal treatment of things that are not the same isn't automatically wrong to discriminate per se. I will see how they will win it.

And again human right don't determine right or wrong. Their persived interest might not necessarily be logical or scientific.

Otherwise we shouldn't complain anymore about global warming , wearing of face mask which to some people is depriving them of their essential human right etc. It is disallowing them to Carry out their day activity.

Right or wrong is not determined by two or more people. It is determined by pragmatic thought which is influence by society perceive moral values .

All aid to Ghana seized in 2010... I hope Kenya can do same for it people, by standing on it two feets.

So you are proud member of UN - but somehow UN declarations become forced on your or western?

Once again - pass the anti-gay law - but remember countries will not accept their money - either in loan or grants - to be used in countries that discriminate gays or lesbians. Citizens of those countries will also be warned that they risk being arrested for LGBT and related by primitive Ghana if they visit.

So you're going to end with very few friends - like maybe North Korea.

Btw I was talking based on our conversation.u have no right to refer to my past altercation with other as you are not aware of what must of transpired between me and this other people. Ur inability to debate and accept people’s opinions in an argument switch out resorting to name calling speaks badly about ur upbringing and personality. Now that the crux of the matter.

Now back to our argument. US infrastructures keeps deteriorating whilst that of china keeps getting better. Perhaps u should inform US to try combating homelessness and useless tents all over their downtown cities or should we talk about the pungent smelling deteriorating subway stations with crappy archaic trains or the pf at that most inner cities is filled with flying trash and human poops on sidewalks. Heck what of the terrible roads. U must know this her things Chima has tried over the years to combat as their rural to urban migration is strictly control to avoid overwhelming urban infrastructures.

Nope Nigeria is getting better and once we hit a stable economic growth of atleast 5% annually which I envisage then SA will probably see dust as we would be moving Chinese kind or transformation. That way our economic growth can surpass our population growth which will see a ripple effect in our infrastructure.

3 days down the line and u are still struggling to provide any link from ur western propaganda butts to back your spurious claim that we would remain behind SA in infrastructure. Must be exhausting for u.

Sovereignty doesn't extend to violation of human rights and discriminations. This is why the United Nation and it's institutions were formed. You already ratified the UN charter.

Universal human rights are universal - you can never be allowed in this century - to enact discriminative and primitive laws that affect universal human rights - and get away with it.

The punishment will be swift and heavy. You will become a lesson for other Africa countries.

My grandfather married traditionally according to our customs and paid dowry.

There are universal human rights that are natural and inviolable. This right to life, bla bla. These are universal - mean applies to every MAN in the world. If you violate them without good reason - the entire world will say NO. If you kill people without any reasonable justification - the world will say NO.

Marriage and such are secondary if not tertiary right. Nobody really cares about that outside ghana. In Kenya we recongize all sort of marraige - christian, muslim, traditional, african, common

Universal human rights is by now a very old concept. You should already know and understand it. We were taught about it in primary schools. See it start with French Revolution - when King Louis was ousted by French people - and they enacted "Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen" - which many countries adopted through 18th centuries - until UN was formed in 1945.

These rights applies to every man - be they in Ghana or Kenya or North Korea. Any violation will attract heavy sanctions. You cannot hide behind sovereignty. Almost every country agrees on such universal human rights and United Nations main business is to PROTECT AND DEFEND universal human rights.

Ask the Boer here - he passed the apartheid law - made all those stupid arguments - only to end up a pariah state.

Any such law is defective ab initio.

In terms of law - I can take you to school and back - not single track like Ghana.

Re: Kenyans Are Far Behind Nigerians In Every Aspect – Fani-Kayode by Mkenya2019: 10:30am On Oct 22, 2021
So you never heard of universal sovereignty and jurisdiction. Jurisprudence has no business in this debate..that relate to legal history of a nation.

You cannot violate and discriminate on universal human rights - and wave jurisdiction. It will never be accepted. Any basic human right violation anywhere affect everyone anywhere. When the Boer was discriminating on South African black - almost everyone felt disgusted. That is universality of some human rights. You cannot enact laws in Ghana to kill people without any good reason or to discriminate against gays. You will face what the Boer faced. Sanctify discrimination - when everyone knows you already discriminate on them?

The concept of universal jurisdiction is therefore closely linked to the idea that some international norms are erga omnes, or owed to the entire world community, as well as to the concept of jus cogens – that certain international law obligations are binding on all states

There is nothing like Universal sovereignty and a farce being pushed by leftist to get approval meanwhile they will be the first to reject it when it doesn't suit them..

In everything law, without jurisprudence, it will make no sense because jurisprudence define what the law is and how it should be interpreted... grin

Let me help you

Analytic jurisprudence (Clarificatory jurisprudence) rejects natural law's fusing of what law is and what it ought to be. It espouses the use of a neutral point of view and descriptive language when referring to aspects of legal systems.[4] It encompasses such theories of jurisprudence as "legal positivism", which holds that there is no necessary connection between law and morality and that the force of law comes from basic social facts;[5] and "legal realism", which argues that the real-world practice of law determines what law is, the law having the force that it does because of what legislators, lawyers, and judges do with it.

No international obligation is binding unless legislated and that is why the US can reject international court jurisdiction over it state laws..
That is the practice of jurisprudence and sovereignty.
Universality is none binding until interpreted by jurisprudence

Stop googling stuff you barely understand.
Sovereignty = independence of a country.
Jurisdiction = does the law apply within a country or case. This first question the judges in any case have to answer.
Jurisprudence = key word there is prudent - good law of the country or the case or the region. They borrow from precedents - so they build country jurisprudence or tradition.

Now on this debate - Jurisprudence is irrelevant.

What you're saying in words you barely understand is that Ghana is independent and can do whatever it want.

And I am telling you NOPE. It cannot violate universal human rights. No country is allowed to do that without consequences.

You cannot wave your independence and crack down on gays - you will get Aid cuts, trade embargos, sanctions, loan cuts, VISA bans, your leaders kids abroad will be deported to Ghana.

My grandfather married traditionally according to our customs and paid dowry.

There are universal human rights that are natural and inviolable. This right to life, bla bla. These are universal - mean applies to every MAN in the world. If you violate them without good reason - the entire world will say NO. If you kill people without any reasonable justification - the world will say NO.

Marriage and such are secondary if not tertiary right. Nobody really cares about that outside ghana. In Kenya we recongize all sort of marraige - christian, muslim, traditional, african, common

Then why are you saying otherwise? I think kenya law does not support customary marriage according to the locals tradition of her people . In Ghana, our law support it and it is given the same equal right as christian or orthodox marriage .

LGBT aren't universal right unless you can substantiate it with fact and evidence. It even violate life,as it is against life continuation.

No one has the right to kill himself even if it is based on his interest

The kid does not even know what Jurisprudence is grin grin grin
Oh my goodness, how can a collective group of people be this much uneducated? grin grin

Those things are the fears they list for weak countries like Kenya, to whip you guys inline.... It doesn't work on all country..

They key to every negotiation is bargaining power.

If Aristotle, Socrates, Plato and Thomas Aquinas were still alive, they will laugh at the various arguments made by LGBTQ people because it is insane
