Next time make sure items is like this and the person is in the waybill pack before you send the complete money. You have send 5k for them to do all of this. Confirm the transport fee, video call and and all of that.

While the arrangement he made with you or your husband may not be clear, the fact that he brought this on here means he must have been fed up, possibly not in the abstract handbook he agreed to, either with you or with your husband or both of you.

To be frank with you, your response is all shade of wrong and offensive especially on a platform like this.
It will be good you sort out your differnce with the buyer, let the buyer return here to take down all his comments and if possible every other person tagging your comment do same.
This gives prospective customers a sense of trust and bring you more business. Have done lots of transactions on here and still do till this moment. Please concur.
