Why wait for three years? The rebuild is the only reason Ole lasted this long, if the next manager can't implement any visible progressive changes on the pitch when appointed then he should be sacked.

Ole can’t survive this season anywhich way, he said we should be fighting for the title by April but looks like we're already out of the title by October...we're out of Carabao cup, CL is not a realistic competition to win under him that leaves only FA cup which is not guaranteed in any way.

As for top 4 that has been his saving grace, City, Liverpool and Chelsea looks to have top 3 on lock leaving only one spot and honestly with our form, Leceister and more serious clubs will clinch it above us.
