Yeah just thought of it. Mike enemalo former director of football in Chelsea should be Nigerias next coach.
He has everything. A Nigerian who understands our football with European exposure and experience. Finide can be his assistant and will be in charge of the home based and u23.
I think it will work

I remember Overmars in the left and Finidi on the right back in the days in Ajax. Make Overmars remember his friend now, we go take U23 coach job gladly.

Ighalo has done very well for the super eagles, and he retired peacefully. We do not need him again; the super eagles need midfielders exceptionally creative midfielders, not strikers. We have enough strikers in the team. Bringing Ighalo back will not do any good for the team

we really need the services of these two because this upcoming AFCON will be the most star studded ever. African players are bossing it all over Europe this season.

Guys from d screenshots below

I can only deduce three things

Ndidi will be available for our next qualifying games(,70% sure)

Ademola lookman is in d bag already... D switch is about to be completed

And finally...dis would break so many ppus heart here especially chriskels

NFF is in touch with odion ighalo and he's willing to come back
Screenshots from Pinnick IG handle
can’t wait to have ademola lookman in the team but I don’t think recalling ighalo is a good idea because currently we hv a lot of young strikers doing decently well in Europe

Odion hv done well for us in the past and we should allow the man enjoy his retirement from the team

I stand with u on ighalo position...we need creative midfielders @ d moment

Even if I have d chance to recall..I would rada prefer a vicmo recall to Iggy for d rwb duties (if he's willing to cooperate)

Yes he has done his best but if he want to come back no issue.

I never rate him until later but the big question do we really need him?capital NO with Osimehn doing massively well,Awoniyi giving us good performance every weekend, seeing Onuachu though i don't rate him,Moffi doing well too and Sadiq blastering LA liga two.

Odion coming back would be a fatal mistake cos he is not better now than highly in form Osimehn and Awoniyi.

We need experienced players to guide these boys. Club football is different from international football

Meanwhile we shldnt mistake club form to national team form

Asyde Osimhen who is doing well for d national team as our striker,d oda options u mentioned hasn't really come to d party.. And we av huge games coming up in November, also d upcoming afcon(inevitably, we must lift d trophy),can these oda options b trusted? Or for aw long are we going to wait till dey translate deir club form into d national team form (I.e onauchu and co) and nacho who shld compliment Osimhen is not really been used as a striker in d national team set up.

Perhaps,d clamour of pinnick to bring back Iggy(an experienced striker)

Awaziem. Balogun. Ekong.

V.Moses. Ndidi. Frank. Aribo.

Iwobi.

Ighalo. Osimehn.

Strong and matured line up not the fancy Ejuke,Chukwueze,Kalu and co. These is business class.

Bro I repeat it Odion is not better than Awoniyi with what am seeing right now, mind you as at last year I wouldn't have said this but now Odion should just continue his retirement in peace.

Odion really came into the party for eagles at Afcon 2019 and I really supported him when he was being backlash for that missed against Argentina.

I followed him right from U 20 team, his time in Italy,Spain,England and later China.I never rate him until he joined Watford and that strike against Cameroon convinced me more and capped it with wonderful Afcon outing.

Sir,presently we don't need him,pls for what,to come and warm bench for Victor Osimehn and waste the chances of young ones like Taiwo Awoniyi,Onuachu,Sadiq and Moffi who are even performing in their various leagues.

If I may ask did Odion Ighalo came good when he got his first invitation for eagles, honestly he was a late performer,so I don't buy your assertion that some players are club performers, pls give them the run first and let see what they got to offer.

Thank you. Ighalo isn't needed, with the right midfielders and proper formation this Super Eagles team can win any team in Africa.

I think Rohr inept is causing the clamoring for Ighalo and Vic Moses return.

Osimehn,Awoniyi,Onuachu,Moffi,Sadiq and we want average Ighalo back then something is wrong.

Chuckwueze,Simeon Moses,Samuel Kalu,Ejuke, possibly Lookman and old Ahmed Musa who shared the same stage with Moses and we still want Moses back and funny enough the same set of people that want Musa out want Moses in.

I think if we want to go by what we are lacking in the team then Mikel Obi should return to eagles ASAP.

It's a pity Rohr is not getting it right.

Anytime i see the BalogunXEkong. I dey always get chill. Bench Ekong and pair Balogun with Akpoguma or Awaziem who has done really well playing CB in GWG.Why’s Rohr scared of trying something new, even in friendly matches. His Ineptitude is sickening.

When will our clueless coach rohr call up dis young man
And when he is called up, you see some folks coming up with grammar like Farmers league, potato league, backwater league etc. A good player is a good player. Sometimes they need luck and a smart agent to make that good move. Imagine Adeyemi playing for Die manshaft from Austrian league.

I think Rohr rate and love Ekong cos I don't see any reason why Ekong should be a starter in eagles, and funny enough he is the assistant captain.

Off the discussion.

I watched MTN with eagles,Troost Ekong and Leon Balogun were asked three questions....

1..how many times Nigeria won Afcon..

2..when last did Nigeria won Afcon...

3..how many times Nigeria hosted Afcon...

but Ekong failed all the questions and he responded with "I don't know"...I was like what.

Balogun was able to get the first two questions right and even gave answer to the third one but missed it.

After that question and answer I asked myself simple question, meaning some of these players don't even care...how on earth a very strong member of Super eagles don't even know how many times we won Afcon and the last time we won it and he is a leading member of the same team playing for Afcon qualifications.
