Is the pumping machine working? Is it in GRA area? 120k is not bad sha, but it really has to come with all the facilities, because otukpo na cheap place.

The last house I wanted to rent in otukpo was around that Enugu roundabout, as if you are on your way going to Adoka. The area is a developing area, so nice new buildings are springing up, a 1 bedroom, parlour, kitchen and toilet, all tiles both in and out, has its own shower the kitchen is modern has pop and all that, was told to pay 50k for it. While 2 bedroom goes for 60 or 70k around that figure sha.

I think around March this year sha. They have like 5 geepee tanks that supply's the house water. I think they pay about 1k a month for water if I still remember
