market one morning to buy some car
replacements & I saw dudes gathered
around this food vendor's location.

As I approached, I noticed the aroma
and look of her food & decided to partake β˜‘οΈ

Due to long throat, I made sure I ordered for every meat on offer.. cowleg, goat meat, fish, beef with the fragrant jollof ☺️☺️��

The menu was as tasteful as it looked.β™₯β™₯

Hope say toilet dey for that market sha. You can’t tell me say you no run go destroy toilet after chopping this yamayama street food embarassed embarassed

Very simple,break you eggs in a bowl,season and beat. Coat your bread and fry on very low heat. That is all. Use just a tablespoon of oil,doesn't need much oil

Not really, this are kidney beans, in can, I have the uncooked once too, but it takes longer time to cook than our usual beans

In an online class, someone suggested soaking them overnight before cooking will get them cooked quickly, but I'm not a fan of soaking beans before cooking because they tend to lose their sweetness. (I once tried and regretted it)

I think I will try this recommendation when next, because those beans can be very stubborn when cooking it, it can take 2 hours to get cooked.
