I seriously tap into this prayer, this govt is so unpredictable.

Ngige never means anythin that he says. He's a politician and they will tell u anything just for u to leave them alone or to get away from tight situation. Anyways, October 31 deadline is here let's see how far it goes and how far he meant his words.

no any form of visible evidence of payment yet. But let's just be optimistic.

We are expecting salary, minimum wage arrears and earned allowance arrears next week. I pray they all come through especially d last two.

Its 28th of October today, and they said "on or before the end of October", does it mean that the "before" part of the statement is not working?

Anytime fed govt promise to do something 'on or before', just take it to be 'on or after'. The before aspect never works...
