Usually, University of Manitoba doesn’t review an application until the deadline for application has passed. So the response time differs from course to course. If the deadline for the course you applied for is December 1, you should expect a response by February.

I recommend that you email the graduate admissions as they are the only one that can provide such info if you need an accurate one

Note: It’s a 1 yr pgd program to study International Business Management, I’ll also be self sponsoring and will submit hubby’s employment letter and statement of account if needed.

Just act if need be. Nobody here can tell you what IRCC ask or do not ask in terms of checks. Even after PPR, they still do their checks. The level of check is what nobody can outrightly confirm. Simply do what you think will make your mind to be at rest cause it is not over, until it is over!!!

The THREE (3) IMM Forms Needed for Canada Study Visa Application
(a.) Application of a Study Permit made outside Canada. (IMM 1294)
(b.) Application for a Temporary Resident Visa made outside Canada.
(c.) Family Information Form (IMM 5645 or IMM 5707)

Make sure you download the IMM forms with a Laptop or Computer from CIC website, don't download it from anywhere else cos they do update their IMM forms, the IMM form of January 2021 would likely be different from the IMM form of October 2021


Note: Don't do all of this on your phone, you are to do all of this strictly on your LAPTOP or DESKTOP COMPUTER, an IMM form can't be opened on a mobile phone

considering that they have treated your passport. What will sending through webform mean now? Will they recall the passport or it will aid renewal when by next year May when this issued one expires.

I already have the new LOA but I didn't just upload, should I upload now because my passport has also been treated.

I really do not know for certain, but I'm sending mine so at least they have a record of it. Just incase.

Please i need your guidance, I recently applied for a Masters program at a Canadian University though I wrote a letter for a waiver of GMAT the response was because I graduated with a second class lower class i should provide a GMAT score of 550 minimum.

My question is how do you think I should approach this with the university? should i appeal or re-provide the waiver letter?

are there other school in Canada I can apply that will not require GMAT, full school fees payment before granting Admission bearing in mind I am applying with a second class lower in Accounting, graduated year 2007 with 10years working experience in Telecom and now Banking sector (4 years as a contract staff).

Please advise me.

Your grade will not allow them grant you a waiver, that being said you need to search online for schools that can give you masters admission with 2:2 without GMAT. Though with your study gap and years of experience it will be advisable you go for PGC in your work experience related course.

Hi Oby, there isn't a best way to address it, what you have to show is the funding that will be available to take of your tuition and living expenses for your babies and yourself over there, since hubby is employed here, his work can take care of him, so it will be advisable for you to include his SOA and employment letters. Your kind of application needs a good SOP that would explain the funds available, the benefits of your course other things. SO if you have not started writing your SOP, kindly start now.

Just roll over the FD Aaron for 30 days, at least the funds will still be there if any checks are made.
