Someone should please tell me. Those who have been following Osimhen's developement. Has Victor always been this type of physical player who brings a lot to the team even when he does not score? Look at his time in Wolfsburg and Belgium. Something tells me something just clicked in him when he understudied Ighalo. Or maybe I am wrong.

For a game like Egypt, they want to give us just Bassey.
We cannot risk not having Balogun early enough, and even Aribo who is now really warming up into the team.

jihday:
Rangers have already contacted Rohr begging him to allow them have Balogun and Aribo for the old firm derby to be played on the 2nd or 3rd of January

you aren't wrong my brother Victor himself mentioned ighalo as one of the players he looked up to while growing up so it possible he learned something from him during their time at afcon as ekong mentioned it in one of is video that ighalo use to tell victor he should keep working hard his time being the first choice striker will come and that was at 2019 afcon, but most people don't know this but will be happy to paint ighalo bad lipsrsealed lipsrsealed lipsrsealed

Well, Osimhen had already picked up in Belgium in the 2018/19 season, but did he get enough run of games in the NT at that time period? When he did, was he effective for us?

well, I can see that was when he had injuries.

well i will take it as integral stages of introducing him to gel and understand how national team football work's and honestly he never got really good chances on the field of play then so I won't really judge him with those performance.

You are wrong, though one can never rule out that he learnt a thing or two from him which is rightly so, as his predecessor but Osimhen has always been this physical and mobile. I can recall his games for our youth sides even when he was neither a super eagle nor was ighalo an integral member of our squad. I remember the rescue mission against Lybia at the U23s, I still remember vividly his one on one physical battle with hard tackling Mali’s Abdul Karim Dante(adjudged the most physical player of the 2015 World Cup). Despite osimhen’s thin frame, he owned Dante in that final and came out with a goal and some great efforts that ended up on target. That final alone made me make up my mind on the boy.

Make we hear word oga, some of us keenly follow these players before they come to lime light. Osimhen has always been this physical and that was why he was always getting injured both in Germany and later in Belgium. He has never been a timid forward. By the way, Ighalo has never been known as a pacy daring physical forward. When Ighalo enjoyed his little purple patch, it was Troy Deeney doing the dirty job for him. No sentiments

I saw Trabzonpor 2:1 and I didn't even bothered to check who scored because I already knew he must have scored.

If this guy was of Dual Nationality, he would have been recalled to the Super Eagles.

Vicmo and Ighalo retired voluntarily, let's respect their wishes. Had it been we were misfiring and suffer a dearth of attackers like we have for midfielders then we can have that conversation. However at this point for attackers, the problem is even which to field out of the array of talents at our disposal.

Maybe after he plays 2 games they will change their mouth

Amoo is a young talent but wont start in my current eagles team, iwobi is far better than that guy for now
People always want new things,
After few games there will realize that there is no much difference from the old ones.

In SE today,Iwobi will still perform better than all these new mildfielders people clamouring 4,including olise and eze.

One of the players they misjudged here ,very underrated ,after 1 game for the eagles peeps here started calling him flop ,some of them later blamed rohr after they saw they judged him wrongly ,some of them said he is old

Now if you ask those people who called him flop to mention current super eagles players who where good at their debut they won’t mention up to 10

Nwakaeme is the alejandro Gomez of naija football ,dude is pure class

Once you are 30 my brothers here won’t rate you ,but once you are at your early 20s you are the best thing after goat meat pepper soup ,those players on their early 20s now will surely reach their 30s one day .

If Rohr was out Afcon 2013 coach, there’s no way that we would had won that ANC. He would had conceded defeat prior to meeting Ivory coast..
Rohr: our players like MBA, oboabona are playing at Warri wolves and sunshine stars while Ivory coast players like Yaya and drogba are playing at chelsea and man city. We don’t have a difference maker on the team…. Na so he for use his mouth concede defeat before the game
