Inconclusive is when ACCREDITED voters on the day of Election, for one reason or the other..be it disruption of election venue, snatching of ballot boxes resulted in the cancellation of such results....and the cancelled results can influence the outcome of the final results collated. Then it is inconclusive.


Please note the word ACCREDITED voters...these are voters that have gone to the polling unit and have been registered to vote on that Election day.

Not, eligible voters who are at their homes and have not gone out to be accredited to vote.


So, if 10 people are accredited..and voted..their vote determines the winner

Buhari's government won't postpone this election. Anambra will be used as a lesson to other States on how not to have terrorists who disrupt elections. Even Boko Haram cooperated with Nigeria in all elections from 2015 and never disrupted in one polling unit. Since IPOB and the fools that support them think they are smart, APC government will show them the result they have been looking for. APC will win Anambra election hands down. There is a serious discussion on the table between the federal government of Nigeria and the power brokers of the country regarding Nnamdi Kanu. The discussion is divided into two party.

The first party which is more civil and sensible wants Nnamdi Kanu sent back to Kenya so that the federal government will now make a formal extradition request in other to escape the knock from the international community and reduce the support and prominence kanu is gathering;

While the second party which is more brutal and satanic wants the Fg to release Kanu from the court, where which he will be immediately abducted by bandits and killed and the federal government will feign ignorance.
The president is seriously considering this second opinion but is still weighing the consequences considering the large number of people always appearing for the case in Kanu support; the president fears that it may lead to heavy blood shed and crisis within Aso rock; the corridor of power; which may eventually boost morale of some not so trusted military officers and lead to a coup; the worst thing the president is afraid of and making him consider the first option.

If they make the mistake of releasing Nnamdi Kanu to Kenya, the case is over because IPOB will sue Kenya for molesting him.. And they will win the. case easily because he entered the country legally

No matter how low the turnout maybe....it's the numbers of people that voted that their votes will count.

Whatever be the voter turnout, whoever gets the highest vote wins. All those hoodlums killing their fellow igbos are just wasting lives for nothing - the election will hold whether they like it or not.

It is a lie.inconclusive elections happens when the number of cancelled votes exceed the winning margin.if soludo is leading uba by a thousand vote and total cancelled votes are 3000,it is inconclusive.as far as 5 people cone to vote,the election is ok.dont forget that in local govt poll polls,voters hardly come out but results are declared

Let me help you a bit

1. Registered voters: People that have registered with INEC and have obtained PVC in a particular polling Unit.
This register is displayed before election day so that voters can check if they are eligible to vote at a particular polling unit.

2. Accredited voters: This are the real voters, who have come out to vote on election day. They undergo screening process by the INEC agent on election that at the polling unit...Their PVC is checked on the voters register and their biometric taken. Then they are accredited and MUST be allowed to vote.

3. Elections are termed INCONCLUSIVE when, the numbers of ACCREDITED voters who were unable to vote on election day, due to disruption of voting , or ballot box snatching and by so doing, the elections from such unit was cancelled.....and the number of such cancellation, can INFLUENCE election results if added..then, the election is inconclusive and rerun of such units where cancellation has happened will be done.


So, please, staying at home on election day means Nothing!..it's just voters apathy or what you called low turnout. Election cannot be rerun because people stay at home

It is ONLY those that have gone out to vote on election day and have been ACCREDITED to vote..but something happens to their votes...those are the ones that can influence election rerun or what you called inconclusive.

Thanks 4 ur detailed information nd xplanations. But I still think many odds are against a successful election in Anambra. Since d safety of voters is not guaranteed, d election shud be postponed. Security of Lives nd Properties of people matters most.
