Buhari's government won't postpone this election. Anambra will be used as a lesson to other States on how not to have terrorists who disrupt elections. Even Boko Haram cooperated with Nigeria in all elections from 2015 and never disrupted in one polling unit. Since IPOB and the fools that support them think they are smart, APC government will show them the result they have been looking for. APC will win Anambra election hands down. IPOB and others are sitting at home.
that is because the government is Boko Haram na

Inconclusive is when ACCREDITED voters on the day of Election, for one reason or the other..be it disruption of election venue, snatching of ballot boxes resulted in the cancellation of such results....and the cancelled results can influence the outcome of the final results collated. Then it is inconclusive.

Please note the word ACCREDITED voters...these are voters that have gone to the polling unit and have been registered to vote on that Election day.

Not, eligible voters who are at their homes and have not gone out to be accredited to vote.

So, if 10 people are accredited..and voted..their vote determines the winner
Stop disgracing yourself. There's a percentage required to win an election

Only 10 people in all polling units across a state?
Go and read about why INEC declares election inconclusive
Inconclusive is called when the difference between the 2 major voting parties is less than the invalid or cancelled vote.
INEC law has no inclusion for the minimum % of voter turn out for an election to be valid.
Hence even if 9 people vote and no cancelled or invalid vote is recorded, THERE WILL BE A WINNER!
PS barely 10k voters voted a FEDERAL lawmaker in Aba south some months ago. Thats less than 5% voter turn out yet there was a winner!

You are on a new low...Read, you won't read.

Percentage here are talking about PERCENTAGE OF TOTAL VALID VOTES CAST.

Not the about someone at home that didn't vote.

All I am reading here this morning, coming out from the so called literate is another confirmation Nigeria needs to do alot about voters education. Sincerely, people think they know, but they know nothing about electioneering process. I don't blame you really...I have seen others on this platform trying their best also on voters education.

I will continue to do my best...please feel free to ask questions

Smh. Yes if only 5 people get accredited and votes, there would be a winner.
Thats why i insist that IPOB has very poor strategists, they have refused to study the law and are blindly leading UmuIgbo to Golgotha cry

The elections will go as scheduled and nobody is negotiating with a terrorist organization. This is a report with sensational heading as nothing in the report shows that people are actually rejecting the job. Read the story very well.

Greed will never allow elections boycott to succeed anywhere in Nigeria. Go through history.

TO ALL LOVERS OF FREEDOM; READ WITH ALL SERIOUSNESS.

There is a serious discussion on the table between the federal government of Nigeria and the power brokers of the country regarding Nnamdi Kanu. The discussion is divided into two party.

The first party which is more civil and sensible wants Nnamdi Kanu sent back to Kenya so that the federal government will now make a formal extradition request in other to escape the knock from the international community and reduce the support and prominence kanu is gathering;

While the second party which is more brutal and satanic wants the Fg to release Kanu from the court, where which he will be immediately abducted by bandits and killed and the federal government will feign ignorance.
The president is seriously considering this second opinion but is still weighing the consequences considering the large number of people always appearing for the case in Kanu support; the president fears that it may lead to heavy blood shed and crisis within Aso rock; the corridor of power; which may eventually boost morale of some not so trusted military officers and lead to a coup; the worst thing the president is afraid of and making him consider the first option.

This is from a reliable source and shouldn't be taken for granted.

I love your story line, I'll like to know who wrote the script.

It appears that the Igbo don't know what they have put their hands into. Let me give you a prediction of what will happen. Kanu's trial will be brought to a conclusion, he will be jailed for life and nothing would happen.

You can't threaten a government. The madness in the south east I'd only allowed because it is fellow Igbos that are being killed.

It is better to postpone the election and call for dialogue. It is not cowardice but a good strategy to save lives. If these unknown gunmen hit the security agents hard and these security operatives get frustrated - they may turn their guns against innocent people they are today telling to come out and vote. Do you know what? Those that pretend to love and care for Igbo land will be shouting "kill them all, we told them."

The government should look for a way to make peace. I desperately want peace to return. Enough of the killings.

Again, are you sure Observers will risk their lives to come to Anambra? I don't think they will bother to come.

Can you explain what the below rule means?

VOTES CAST: The numbers of votes concluded and counted and results declared at polling unit.

Exactly what I have explained earlier.

All calculations are based on the numbers of votes cast.

Not numbers of registered voters who did not go out to vote.

You get it now.

2/3 of LGA where election takes place...

Meaning the person must win elections in 2/3 of the LGA by having highest number of VOTE CAST at that LGA.

For example:

If 10 people vote in let say 20 Local Government...

The person must WIN..have highest number of votes in not less than 14 Local Government Areas out of the 20.

Please not, this is number of vote cast by people who have gone out to vote. Irrespective of the turnout

The point is....low turnout is non of INEC business.

They will count the numbers of VOTE CAST and declare winner.

Those who abstain from voting, but have PVC to vote are just empowering politician. Abstaining from voting DOESN'T affect electioneering process...someone somewhere will go out to vote and no matter how little the turnout...it is those vote that will determine the winner of Election.

I simply told you 10 people can't win an election as far a governorship poll is concerned in Nigeria. You were there running your mouth like tap water with your accomplice in naivety.

You were busy masturbating over the 10 can win issue. Good you placed your palm over your face in the end.

I believe the 1st is self explanatory so let me explain the 2nd.
In a set of 4 balls, just '1' ball is need to me the ¼ criteria right?
In a set of 2 just "0.5" is needed to meet the ¼ criteria also.
Now in a set of "0" even zero has exceeded the quarter criteria!
[P/S; this is the worst case scenario, you would agree with me that APC can else get armed military to get just 5 people each in each local govt and escort them tru and fro the polling unit.]
Understanding the law is a vital skill that IPOB sadly lacks and it would cost them so much next week.

I strongly disagree with you, it is the 75% win of a particular candidate that is needed 2/3 LGA of the state.
Even if a candidate wins with 10votes in 2/3 LGAs of the state . He will be declared the winners.

Una dey argue facts. Go and read INEC laws, not Biafra electoral commission.

2/3 is on votes, not on registered voters.

If there is 1 million registered voters and only 10 voted. 2/3 of the 10 votes will be used to determine the winner.
