Doesn't the law state that there must be information that specifically mentions crime alleged? What are those illegal activities? From where did he observe those? His statements to the Police should be made public as well.

Doesn't the law say that one can only be tried and by implication arrested for an offence known to law?

Doesn't the law require "reasonable suspicion" to conduct a search of a premises, person or thing? Do those two words "illegal activities" satisfy that requirement?

Do those two words "illegal activities" satisfy the requirement of "reasonable suspicion" embedded in our criminal laws?

If there was a petition such as the above directed against the top guns in the executive(won't mention names ), would law enforcement have acted in that same way and manner?

If they wouldn't why did they choose to act this way in this particular case?
