Hello House

Of recent, we have been having complaints of this particular Visa Officer (AH03849), of how he/she refuses applications for no just reasons.. I do not wanna believe this Visa Officer is all about refusals, so I want us to do our home work as regards his/her operation and it will take our cooperation here to achieve this..

Now, this goes to the applicants here that were approved, and this will be like a give back from you to the thread that has helped you get your Visa. Now please order for your GCMS notes and when its ready share with us on this thread, let us see if this is the same Visa Officer(AH03849) that approved your application or not...

With this, we will also know if this particular Visa Officer is in charge of Nigerian applicants.. I know the approved applicants will say what is the point of ordering my GCMS notes when I have already gotten my Visa, please note you are doing the good of this thread that has blessed you with so much information prior to the time you got your Visa..

On behalf of this thread, I appeal to the approved applicants here to order for their GCMS notes, so we can carry this survey on the operation of this particular Visa Offier..

I know these Officers are watching us here, so let us make a point..

Peace

Hello Canfulfilment

Since you have the bolded, it will be very useful in backing up your claims.. And as per the pictures, since you don't have a personal picture with, I wanna believe you have pictures with your mum and your younger sister who is his mother I assume.. You can upload those pictures and explain to the Visa Officer of your relationship with them..

Pay his full school fees, you can create a GIC account for him since you are in Canada, and also you can send his living expenses to his Account.. Just make sure you do everything possible to show that you will truly be financially committed to him all through his studies in Canada...

Peace
Canfulfilment:

Thank you so much.

This my nephew lost his Dad when he was 8 months old. My sister being so young kept him with us and went for her NYSC and she never took him back till she got married to another man.

He has lived with us all through his life. He is just 19 and I left home since he was 5 and do not have pictures of us together.

But I can provide evidence of bank transaction for his WAEC, I send him money too for up-keep, can provide his pictures with my mum and younger sis. I do not just have pictures with him.

I have every document to support pof, can pay his full tuition and buy him GIC. Are these enough? Sorry for the long epistle.

please if u have done ur full vaccination and waiting 4 decision, nothing stops u from sending ur Vaccination certificate that u get online through ur barcode to IRCC that u r now fully Vaccinated and just awaiting their decision. someone I know did it and they gave him his decision which was positive. the positive decision was not because of d vaccine but its possible they hastened his decision cos they felt he was now ready cos he told them he was now fully ready 4 in person lectures.

Also wen u get ppr ,just book ur flight immediately dont wait to get ur passport 1st especially if u know ur passport is valid and not expiring b4 d end of ur studies and if u r 4 winter intake cos flight tickets are rising daily and some tickets are already above 1m for business class.no one will ask u if u have a valid Visa wen booking 4 flight.na wen u reach airport, they go ask

Hello Boss!
Congratulations on your visa approval. I really appreciate your immense contribution to this platform. May you find favor in Canada.

I am 20th July applicant ( Second application)
Eligibility started on 1st October
Classes startef on 8th September and I deferred my admission to fall 2022 since the only starting date for my program is fall.

Please I would like to get your opinion on these:
1. Am fully vaccinated, would it be necessary at this point to forward my vaccination certificate to IRCC through webform or email?

2. Should I notify IRCC of my updated LOA now or I should wait until decision is reached on my visa application. Don't u think that notify them with the new LOA will delay my PPR?

I will be much grateful for ur response. I will also appreciate response from other gurus in the house.
Thank you and God bless you all.

Guess you didn't capture the Medical aspect of the GCMS notes cos I cant see anything Medical here..

And if this is what you uploaded, then that means IRCC does not need a Medical examination from you yet..

Yes. let me support by including mine. But then, I don't really buy into the fact that the VO hates Nigerians, but then we never can know. Cos we have had plenty people under him or her complain. Guess I was lucky my file was not assigned to him or her.

I guess from my assessment note, that's why Lagos VO called me to send my old and renewed passport by email. Same day 4hrs later, I got PPR.

I just received my GCMS note, with this Same person again “AH03849“. What I filled out was entirely different and contradicting with what’s on the GCMS. I am sponsoring myself and attached all documents to do that. But here it states parents/pa to sponsor. I’m just so mad at this guys. I don’t know if I should seek JR or just reapply. This is so sick, all my land and house documents, pof of 60k cad, proof of employment, cac to show I’m capable of sponsoring myself was submitted. And now I’m seeing parents to sponsor like wth. Refused on personal asset
pa might mean principal applicant. Which would be you.

Hello,

For Q1) you're free to send them your proof of full vaccination. In as much as it shows you're ready to go, I don't think it will have much influence on your application. But then, you never can tell, maybe it may do wonders on the VO handling your file and no penalty in sending additional documents you think my help. Even me that sent additional documents like new passport, MBS(twice) that needs vetting, my application was done in 4months an 13days.

For Q2). You don't need to yet. I got my new LOA, I didn't send it untill I got my PPR. The. Day I got PPR, I sent it via mail and webform. I believed sending new LOA with far distance starting date might make the VO to say ok, this one has enough time, let me go attend to January intake applicants. So keep hold of your new loa and send when PPR lands. To be frank with you, if they want to know whether you have deferred or not, they will know. So relax k.

Humble opinion

I can't say exactly what it means. But I know this sub section is under your eligibility assessments. Instead of "medicals" some might show "eligibility" or "selection" e.t.c. I believe it's the stage at which the application currently is and the officer will update that section from time to time.

Please what does this mean on medical section .

Understand that a Principal Visa officer can be likened to a senior officer, which means there are Junior officers under him/her or reports to the principal officer..

Hope you understand now..

Thank you so much for responding @makano

I applied May 14th and medicals already passed was done upfront.

I had a lump sum which was well explained a loan obtained and the loan documents attached and also proceeds from land sales which was also explained properly.

My tuition fee was fully paid before the application and receipt included.

Should I forward an updated SOA (MBS) plus my co-sponsor's too?

I will really appreciate your input.

Thank you

makano:
Hello amiencandle

U didn't state when you applied though.

They are doing a further review on your proof of funds to see if truly it will be available all through your studies in Canada.. Hope you do not have a lump sum in your SOA though..

I can also see that your application was assigned by the Visa Officer (3849) many applicants here do not like to another Visa Officer to review the proof of funds..

But this looks like they are in the final stage of your application... Get ready for a final decision soon..

Was your Medicals requested or upfront?

Peace

Hello amiecandle

Since you claim you did justice to the reason for the lump sum in your account, let's hope the Visa Officer Is convinced..

And to the bolded, normally I do not advise applicants to submit documents without IRCC requesting for it with the exception of Upfront Medical E-sheet..

But since their is a further review on your POF, then you can go ahead and forward an updated SOA..

I just noticed that this same number (AH03849) is tagged as "Created by" in my Gcms note which I ordered in June immediately after my first refusal. I was refused for personal assets and financial status.
I guess this particular VO (AH03849) handles most Nigerian applications.

Woow. You're assigned to a VO by same VO that most people here have complained that rejects people based on lump sums and finance issues. From your assessment, seems junior VO has completed his or her own and is now seeking for further review of POF. So my question is, hope your POF is in tact, no unusual lumpsum deposits and if any, hope it was duly and properly explained with proof.

That being said, you're in the final stage of your application. So be expecting decision from now. Again, this tour medicals, was it requested or up-front. If up-front, is a 50-50, but if requested, probability is high. But then, IRCC ways can come in any form as unpredictable.

Again, this was one of the reasons I was sending my MBS every one month and, so that the VO will see that funds are increasing and not decreasing, but with proof of how the funds are coming in.

All the best, it wil end in praises. Amen
if there was lump sum but the money is still there and intact till date,I will advice him to send an updated MBS through webform and mails just to be pro active. this is not compulsory though and it may be tagged as overdoing things by the gurus but in my short experience here ,there is nothing wrong with making the V.O see that u still have ur funds intact
