Those are quality subs. McNeill was a goal machine last season for Under-18s, Mainoo has been very good this season for the Under-18s and Hoogeweerf is okay. The only thing is there are no defenders on the bench.

Style of play is like your signature pattern. No matter what tactics you employ, your style of play 90% would still be visible.

Tactics is just how tweak your personnel (team players), formations, how you attack, defend and all in order to produce results.

Example with klopp
His style of play is ghen ghen pressing. Whether he meets arsenal, malmo or Bayern, he must still ghen ghen press.

But his tactics varies. When he had coutinho, he tactics was that countinho would be his main creative hub who was supplying Salah and mane passes and goals. When Coutinho went to barca, he bought Keita to replace him, but keita couldn't due to injury. What did klopp do, he changed his tactics from midfield being his creative department to his fullbacks. The responsibility now fell on Trent and Andrew. Also, he changed from having a proper 9 (in lewy/auba) to a false 9(in firmino). That's tactics, but did his ghen ghen pressing change? No!

Same way with pep, his style of play is possession football but one of his tactics was implementing the use of False full backs(in Delph and Zichenko) in other to maintain possession and dominate teams.

Klopp is yet to win two competitions in a single season. Any basic manager can dump all his resources in one competition, deliberately get knocked out in the other competitions.

JK is getting there but he’s not amongst the elite by any means. He needs to do more. If I were to ask you to name managers that have done the TREBLE, Klopp’s name would be conspicuously absent from your list.

Your Mainz argument for Klopp is unsubstantiated if you would not extend it the same way for Zidane. To dismiss Zizou's achievements you have to prove that what he achieved was easy, reproducible and could have been achieved without him none of which you can prove. You are allowed to prefer Klopp and his style of play but you are not allowed to claim that it dwarves Zizous as that will be blatantly false.

The issue with Olè now is that he's confused like KingAlabi. Who do you trust to keep you on your job? Who do you think want you out? Start VdB? VdB wants him out so that he will be played.
