Hello Makano, I just joined this trend. Same v.o also refused me based on personal asset and financial status. This is my 3rd time of applying. 1 Like 1 Share

If you look at attached thoroughly, you will see that every stages has different ID. AH03849 only updated when it got to refusal ground. And if you check all refusal ground that has to do with finance, it’s always AH03849. I really believe that account is not used by a singular person but a district that have issues with Finance. Another way is to get GCMS of someone who was not refused based on finance at all but another ground… God help us all. Regards Omiinii: 2 Likes

Yes I noticed...Don't you think we should report him/her or something and his reasons are always the same "Funds seem available, I don't think this study is a reasonable expense, bla bla bla....just the same line of reasons.... His own do too much, let him take time before God will do justice to him/her makano: 1 Like |

Scott99tish: I think you're right. I think that code deals with rejections based on finances. Very possible postulation. |

Hello Mercy I do not seem to understand your Post? Were you approved or Delayed? Also was it Visa Officer AH03849 that handled your application.. mercy445: |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 20 by Omiinii: 9:01pm On Oct 30, 2021 |
I see! you're making sense but do you know what again I noticed. In a GCMS notes we have about 5-9 sections/sub-sections depending on the type of application (some parts may be blank for some applications e.g express entry and some won't). That our CODE(AH03849) updated your ELIGIBILITY ASSESSMENT. That changes things meaning it's not a body only responsible for an applicant's finances. All other sub sections of your notes(client details, criminality and medicals) was from different codes till boom you go rejected by the code that updated the most important section of your application. YOUR ELIGIBILITY!! .... putting 2 and 2 side by side it's evidence that that code is the code of the senior immigration officer not a body. From the things we know, we are aware that only a senior officer can make a final decision on an application. That futher disqualifies the assumption that it's a body that focuses on finances of PA Scott99tish: |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 20 by makano: 9:08pm On Oct 30, 2021 |
Hello Ominni Yes, it's obvious Visa Officer AH03849 is a senior Visa Officer and makes most of the final decisions of the refused applications reported to me so far. All approved applications reported to me so far were handled by different Visa Officers.. I am still expecting more reports from approved applicants, before we conclude on his matter... Peace Omiinii: |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 20 by makano: 9:17pm On Oct 30, 2021 |
Hello Chisolove That will be a Judicial review, it's not as easy as you have said.. First of all, I assume the AH03849 is a Senior Visa Officer.. But truly something needs to be done about him/her.. Like the applicant that complained earlier that he was a SELF Sponsor and AH03847 refused him for finance stating his parents sponsored him, such applicant can go for Judicial review and the lawyer can use that opportunity to make mention of the Visa officer's unnecessary reasons for refusing other applications... Hello Itsfolake Yours was actually created by the Visa Officer that approves (EAIMEL) and was handed over to the Visa Officer that refuses.(AH03849.. Guess your prayer was not strong enough... Peace ItsFolake: |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 20 by makano: 9:40pm On Oct 30, 2021 |
Hello House, As regards this earlier post of mine concerning the operation of the Visa Officer AH03849, below are the reports so far. I have received 10 GCMS notes of approved applications, and all 10 were handled by different Visa Officers, 5 of the applications were handled by Visa Officer EAIMEL.. None was handled by AH03849.. I have received 12 GCMS notes of refused application, and 10 were handled by AH03849 and 2 updated by him/her.. It's actually still early to conclude, so please if you know you were approved, please share your GCMS notes with us so we can be on the same page. Once again I don't wanna believe this particular Visa Officer AH03849 is all about refusals, so more inputs from approved applicants will share more light on this issue. Peace makano: |

Just thought of sharing!! Info about GCMS https://canadawiz.ca/gcms-notes-guide-understand-interpret-read-sample/ Created Date: The date IRCC received the application. Created by: Immigration officer’s code name, for instance MC23456. Updated Date: The date or time the application was last updated. Updated by: Immigration officer’s code name, for instance MC23456. Primary Office: This is the office that will issue your PPR (passport request). kemmyk: I don't think there's cause for concern. From the information I gathered online, it's a new program launched this year. Before now, TRV holders have been becoming PR. This temporary policy change will not stop that. The article from which these screenshots were taken was written in August 2021. 1 Like

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 20 by Kankanio: 11:33pm On Oct 30, 2021 |
makano: My thoughts on this is actually that this Visa Officer may likely be the “ Designated Officer” for issuing refusals. A scenario where other visa officers attend to applications but it’s his/her duty to issue refusals. If not, how then do we explain the numerous refusals from the VO with that ID? My thoughts though. 1 Like |

makano:How can one person be responsible for so many refusals, like l mentioned earlier this VO is just biased against applicants from Nigeria, with the small sample you have he has 98% refusal rate. |
