For them to have been rescued it means they all have life jackets, 20 minutes into the journey from ebute ero means they are few minutes to to the ikorodu terminal,it takes just 25mins between ebute ero and ikorodu terminal, if there was no life jackets some of them would have drowned before help to rescue will come, the total capacity of those local fiber glass fabricated boat are 17 passengers, although those operators are sometimes unruly and carry up to 20 passengers to overload the boat
