Hello my Nailander,
Am not really a new member anyway, I just have to create a new account bcz my former email was hijacked.

Sometimes around 7th of October, I took a phone contact from a flier some financial bank poepl came to share to poepl advertising about loan offer. I called the person and (she) told me I will need 2 gaurantor and utility bill if I want to get laon from them. Later after 2days , I chatted with this person on WhatsApp and she asked if I have an outstanding laon with any financial bank and I answered yes bcz I was till paying fairmoney loan. So she told me to complete the laon and call her If needed higher loan.
So the day I wanted to pay fairmoney the remaining loan, I chat her to inform her and she instructed me to go ahead, pay and make a new request, which I did. She later chat me that I should let her know the loan amount offered which I told him it was 50k. I needed to laon 80k to pay part of my house rent. So she told me she's going to upgrade it for to 80k and that I should provide her with my fairmoney account info. I gave this person the phone contact used to register, my BVN and date of birth as this person was requesting after the other. The person later told me to send an opt sent to my line for her to complete the upgrade. I send the OTP to the person, and before I know this person used my fairmoney account to collect 50k and immidiately wired it into another account leaving me with a debt of 80k. 50k+interest.
When I asked him what's happening, he block me. I have mailed fairmoney and there response was that I should be more careful not to give information to unfamiliar person.

Please Nailanders, help me . What can I do.
Thank you.

I cannot actually call you mumu because sometimes situations can make someone loose right way of thinking.
Since the money was transferred to another bank account and you have the details of the transactions, this person can still be traced through the bank by notifying the bank of fraudulent transfer from your account to that account.
Also, since you got number from their fliers then they should be able to provide their staff. They employed her and they will definitely have her details. Though the action was wrong providing OTP for her, yet they should provide the staff for you.

Read what Op narrate once again.. And edit your comment as necessary..

The woman lure him by telling him she will help him upgraded his loan to 80k.. And he provided all details to login to the account.. And she change receiving bank account.

What the Op need now is the solution..
And the only person that can help him is fair money and like sm1 above me said.. He should check through the fliers and start from there.

still brings me back to where I started, you can't change receiving account number from loan apps, your receiving account details must match the bvn details. Please read up again..too many errors from his post. Except to the loan company he is applying from and not loan app that Gave him 50k initially.

Fairmoney loans go to your fairmoney wallet not a bank account. From there, you can send it to any account.

Fairmoney is just like carbon. They don't credit bank accounts. They credit the wallet because they have banking licenses so basically you have an account with them so no need to credit another account.

I wasn't owing, i have paid off what I was owing, I wanted to take 80k, but fairmoney gave me offer of 50k so this scammer said he worked with fairmoney and he could upgrade the offer to 80k if I have not taken it. So this scmmer use my fairmoney account to request the 50k laon and it was disburse into my fairmoney wallet.ok so he now transfered it into his bank account from my fairmoney e-wallet. I think you understand now.

Yes..this was how you were supposed to explain it,you almost confused everyone because not everyone knows about these app having wallets because sokoloan and others don't and that's what many people are used to. Try logging into your wallet and getting the account details from there or from fairmoney, that's your first step of recovery and pray it's not access bank the scammer used.
