A Nigerian lady known as Marrgarritah on Twitter has come out to narrate how she gave a Pastor a fake name as the name of her boyfriend only for the pastor to start seeing visions of the fake name that did not exist.
According to her tweet, she did it intentionally to test to the authenticity of the pastor’s prophecies who claimed he could see “visions” of the future. She said in her tweet:

“I remember giving a pastor a fake boyfriend’s name, and he suddenly ‘saw’ that his mother would be wicked to me. That i need to pray very well so she can like me.

“Asked my mother later why the pastor couldn’t “see” that I gave him a fake name,” she narrated.

Nigerians then came on to the comment section, having had similar encounters, to express their different experiences on the subject matter.

Not all prophets are fake. Mine is genuine. The first time I ever met him it was through my mum. She went to see him because of my elder brother's health. In the process, he told her about three issues I would be having and asked her who this second barr is. Then mum told him and he requested if I could come see him if possible. When I called him he didn't even wait for me to finish my greetings before he proceeded to identify me and said all and even more. He prayed for me and I can't lie, everything he told me has and are still happening till date, the warning he gave me almost got me into trouble when I decided against his instructions. In fact, it almost gave me another man's baby as mine. So not all are in for the money and fame.

And bc there's a God then the holy book must come directly from the same God

The pastor is not deceive but you decieved yourself. The pastor maybe right, he says what he say of the woman but it's left for you if you are deceiving him with wrong name or right name.

Try and give another man of God wrong name he will also tell you what he saw.

But the trust is, you don't deceive holy spirit.
Your case is synonymous the the case of Ananias and Sapphira, Acts 5:1-11.

I pray you dont fall in wrong hand except if the man of God is not called.
