I no be butty o....I have never travelled a long distance like that in my life and my relatives that have engaged in such did so via all these registered transport companies.....And I will never venture into any long distant journey like this with an unregistered company with the level of security in the country.....

I think it's not just race alone.
Remember we did like four different blood test, sight, height,
Documents have to be verified to ensure consistency in age from primary school certificate till the latest certification etc.

I don't know anybody, just applied inside my room and I made it. Many people got this job without human connection but God's connection

As for that race. They gave boys 20min and girls 25mins. Now listeo, even at 30mins,

they were still writing down names of late runners and the next day when i went out i saw some people walking not even running

I don't think that running was even one of the criterias

Please how much does inspector level in custom earn as salary. A friend got shortlisted and he has already documented with Immigration Service with the same level. But wants to know the pay in order to take decision.

I've quietly read through comments posted here since morning.

Seems a lot believe all those shortlisted have human connections, well I didn't. Even when I was asked after our screening in March to bring my credentials, that they will help me look for one big man to help, I was skeptical cos the man sef is not sure if he can get hold of the man, at last I didn't submit sef, but I was shortlisted.

About the criteria used, I think its not just one.
Documents, medical, fitness and others.

Even if you came 1st while running, I doubt if that is a guarantee cos other things will serve as determiners.

I complained when others like road safety, prisons, civil defense and others didn't favor me. At some point, I said I will never apply again.

The thing is it doesn't mean that those no us who got shortlisted are better than those who didn't. Life goes on. There will be better opportunities coming your way.

One thing we have to consider is about Federal Character. Example if you guys are up to 5 persons in the same local government under same cadre, the chances of making it is 1/5, because it's one person per local government in each cadre.
