Good evening house, Please I need advise ooh, my wife and I are inviting my 21yr old niece to come visit us in the UK for christmas and new yr, we are sponsoring the trip and we helping her with the form filling as well sha via whatsaap , so basically there is a section it does ask "How much money are you personally planning to spend on your visit to the UK?" Basically wifey and I are the ones sponsoring it. My wife says put £100 there as she cant be expected to fly out empty handed. I'm like put Zero are we given her the £100?. There is also a section who is paying towards the cost of your trip and this is where we put how much we will be putting( all together flights plus small spending money). Please any advise will be gratefull. Thank you all. |

Lexusgs430: Really? My Irish visa expires on Jan 7. I have a graduation on Jan 20. Can I apply in December for a new visa to Ireland even though my current visa wouldn’t have expired by the time of application? The problem with Ireland is that they give the visa from the date it is stamped. |

BoyDimples: Nothing wrong with what your wife said but make sure you indicate that you’re the sponsor. Attach your home deed to show she can stay with you guys, 3 months bank statement showing surplus money to show you can sponsor her, and your work contract or payslip to show you have a job. Write letter of invitation too. Also if you have photo of you and her, attach. Niece is not a strong tie so better to give plenty documents that too little document. What you should worry about is how you’ll prove her tie to Nigeria and show that she will return. Good luck . 5 Likes 5 Shares |

Aphrodite007: I think he meant "two different visas" like student visa and visit visa.. I believe can reapply for a visit visa before the current on expires...your application form showing your travel date will justify the need for that. 1 Like |

We applied to change our tier 4 visa to a work sponsored visa 3 weeks ago, but our BRP expires in May next year, can we travel and come back if the new BRP doesn’t come out and can we track the application? 1 Like |

Osed: Before you travel anywhere, check the rules regarding travelling outside the CTA while one has a pending application to see if that situation applies to your case. |

IamE: Yes your passport number will change lol- it can’t be the old one because they will issue you a new expiry date. You can fill your current name and old passport number for now. When the new passport comes you’ll have to use that new name and new passport number (don’t worry, the data page will show the old passport number to create a link). Alternatively you could wait to avoid any hussle. Men don’t change their names often, so I’m tempted to ask why you changed yours— but I’ll mind my business. (Is she a dangote? ![]() 4 Likes |

BoyDimples: Apart from the letter from her university she also need to add her progress report (last result) , she can add her course table for next semester if that is available and the letter from the university should contain some key information.. eg her course duration . As you will be sponsoring her she has little or no ties to Nigeria apart from her schooling which is why she needs to add as much information as possible to convince the ECO that will be coming back if issued a visa 4 Likes |

I entered with the vaccination card. Scan the barcode and print out that page. They will ask to show the printed page and the vaccination card. It was pretty straightforward. iiiyyyk: 1 Like |

Hello Guys, I have a one bed self contained in Huddersfield. Directly opposite the University of Huddersfield. I am staying there now but I just got a place in Manchester which is close to my school in Salford Manchester and suitable for my family. No agency fee , you are taking over from me. WhatsApp me on +2348076479911 if you are interested. Rent is 450 pounds per month and its inclusive of all bills. The landlord will likely reduce to 400 pounds if you commit to a long term rent..i.e if you are staying for up to a year. 3 Likes |
