Beware of anybody telling you "real estate" or "hotels". these are capital intensive businesses. usually they are where somebody who has made a windfall (legal or illegal but in Nigeria usually illegal) puts his money. It is very difficult to make serious money from Real estate from scratch.

The most dodgy business in Nigeria is real estate, because the funds used to acquire them are usually illegal(looted funds, drug money and fraud) which is why there are so many empty properties especially on the island and Abuja. A man who worked for his money or borrowed to build will not be happy to see his property empty. A true business man who has worked for his money understands that small rent is better than no rent.

How would you arrest a prominent igbo man in this critical time when almost every igbo man is virtually crying of marginalization?
