i have done it severally and also carefully inputed the right available fund as well

I updated my work experience after NOI and still got approval without any queries. Some people get asked by Ontario to explain why the change on their EE profile after NOI and if you give a good explanation,
they accept. Just make sure you have 2 years experience in that noc within the last 5 years so you don't get yourself disqualified. Also everything @Bcpump wrote.

I just received a do not reply message from IRCC that they are still working on my application and most progress in my application are closer to the finalisation period; when I don't have an ITA. Is this normal?

NOC 2 is my second job with 1 year experience which I used to complete my 3 years experience to get NOI.

So I would like to know if I can use just my NOC 1 since it's currently more than 3years to fill my eAPR and then transfer the NOC 2 to my personal history? So I have just one reference letter Or is it best I just continue to use both NOCs ?’

This second question is for me. If my international passport has four names say Ebele Goodluck Jonathan Obi and most of my other documents have 3 names ‘ Ebele Jonathan Obi’, do I need same person affidavit ?

I noticed they said 1 year on the site too but in the Indian WhatsApp group I joined everyone kept saying 2 years. Just said 2 years to be safe. I know people get NOI with just 1 year experience and still get nominated though. Just don't know the basis on which this particular person got his nomination though so better to be safe than sorry

Maybe the people in the Indian WhatsApp group are talking about FSW and not OINP.

Your post could be misleading especially for people that intend to apply with one year experience

I Have a Manitoba Pnp nomination certificate
and another problem am facing is the express entry number on the nomination certificate , i was trying to adjust my express entry profile and resubmit the profile which ended up showing not eligible , so now if i successfully open a a new express entry profile with a new number it will differ with the one i have on my nomination certificate and also at the moment i can't even open an express entry profile because it keeps telling me ineligible

There might have been some sort of misrepresentation in your submission, otherwise, your file is supposed to maintain its eligibility status. What is the change in the submission that is now making your file ineligible from eligible before or while you was issued a nomination certificate?
