Good news, but not only him the directors in the ministry are the biggest problem of government. They are the root, civil servants that works there for 30 years. This guy is Just commissioner. Those dude are strengths of governance permanent secretaries head of departments are our bigger problem. They are the engine that runs the system, they are our problem Nigerian civil servant. Commissioner will only Serve two terms if he’s lucky. The commissioner can’t even fire them because of the civil service rules. Many of these people in those positions do things that can't be questioned. At least in the last few days we've seen many of them on federal levels defending their budget, imagine the drama happening there, first is from madam pamsect from water resources wants to borrow 200 million dollars, when asked what did she do with the previous money, her response was nobody ever asked me that question that's why I don't have the answer with me. Another one is from the health ministry wanted to borrow another 200 million dollars to buy mosquito net imagine that, where ordinary citizens don't know where their next meal will come. It's really embarrassing and shameful to be seeing these people on national tv's parading themselves as leaders. What a mess

Just like Lekki Gardens, the approval was not for the number of floors built.

A 21 floor building on Gerrard road should have nothing less than 40 - 50m deep pile.

How about kickbacks that are often imposed on the contractor? Pay me this amount or no more jobs for you. Pay this to the guy who facilitated/fast-tracked the approvals? This one is for the office? That one is for oga, the oga never asks directly
