Please I need advise for a friend
Main Applicant got his visa in August and has since traveled to the UK. Then he submitted a bank statement from 2nd July to 29th July. The fund used is for him.

Now the dependent applied for visa using her own bank statement from 21 sept to 20 October 2021.

She got a non straight forward email to provide the main applicant statement from 29th July to 21 September 2021. What should she do? Cos the main applicant transferred 5m to his daughters account and used other funds to buy PTA and pound then others to shop for laptop ,foodstuffs and buy ticket. There was nothing left in the account before he left

Please note the the dependent has an excess of 4m in her POF

Gurus in the house please advise.

I honestly doubted your claims. However, I understand that each UK universities has their admission rules and offers regulations. Having said that, I urged you to come out with evidence of those who have collected their CAS from university without presenting 28days financial statements. Cheers!

Many applicants are unaware that when institutions request for POF it doesn't have to be POF generated in the last 28days, they just want to confirm if you've the required funds in your bank account before they can proceed to issue CAS, they will tell you to send financial document which you are going to send to the UKVI for visa.
So the POF in this case should be in the last few days even two days is enough.

YES there are Universities who give out CAS without presenting financial statements.

This is very dicey, the main applicant shouldn't have transferred any money especially the 5M out of that account. The home office may think the 5m transferred is what the dependant is using as POF. Not looking good at all in my opinion though I stand to be corrected. Let's just hope for the best.

Lesson to others: please apply together with POF for your entire family at once even if you are going separately.

I just told him that, that case is not with university of Bradford. You must present you mature POF, then you be interviewed and get your CAS. Your financial statement must complete 28 days.

Middlesex don't have deadline for submission of POF. Only offer acceptance.

In case you are paying your tuition fee. Pls, avoid Zenith bank. It takes decades to process.

His illegal status will likely affect your application because it will be difficult for them to believe that you are not going to abuse the visa rules if granted a visa. There is no shortcut to this, if you want to apply then you have to honest about everything and wait for the result
