Good evening mamas pls can a pregnant woman in her first trimester go for body massage in a spa?

Good evening Sabi mamas, pls am in my 15th week but spit will not let me be, pls what can I use to stop it cos am tired of spitting already, even while sleeping I wake up having it in my mouth...pls is really frustrating.... I chew gum during the day but as soon as I stop chewing, I will resume again...pls what can I use to stop it

Pele mama.. some say ginger works, some say having bitter kola in your mouth works..nothing worked for me.. I shall carry my baggage like that.. I bought a lot of disposable paper towel sha.. don’t worry.. it will soon be over.. by the time you’re getting to 18 weeks.. it will stop

My dear Na God go stop that one ooo.. i was told it will stop on my second trimester. Omo I am in 32 weeks and still salivating. Even have big towel I put by my head at night. But no worries I pray yours stop soon..

Good motning mamas in the house, please am in my 9th week but have not been using any supplement. Some said pregnacare should be on prescription by the doctor and I can go for Ferrous/Forrobin plus, Calcium and folic acid.
Pls which do you recommend between Ferrous and Forrobin Plus

Also unable to eat but always feel like vomiting even at taking ordinary water, when will vomiting stop in pregnancy plss

Team June 2022 too but my sickness increase from ending of 8 weeks. Gasing, tired, vomiting no b here at all. Infact na morning till night I dey feel like vomiting.

I will be 8 weeks tomorrow but I just noticed that the morning sickness I was experiencing in week 6 & 7 has drastically reduced. Aside from gas and tiredness, I feel almost completely normal.

Haa, are you having body aches? I think you should ask your gynae/doc if you can go the spa for a massage. Moreover it might lead to you lying on your tommy for a while which might not be convenient for you.

I can't turn comfortably on the bed and I can't walk well as I feel the baby's weight but my gynecologist said my pelvic muscles are relaxing in anticipation for labour.
I'm almost done with shopping as I have not more than 5 things to buy. The way prices are going up....
May God provide for us and see us through this journey.
