The main goal of the bible is to teach us about God's Love and Judgment (holiness, sin, hell, heaven, Jesus etc)

For example, the story of Abraham and isaac teaches us about the reward of obeying God's commandment and also symbolically fortells how God will sacrifice his only Son for our sins.

The tower of babel story simply tells us about God's glory.

The Bible doesn't exist to tell us every miniscule detail about things that are almost irrelevant to its main goal (like creation, or how many storeys the tower of babel is)

There's a point to everything recorded in the bible.

In the case of Adam and eve, the Bible's goal is to warn us about God's power & anger towards sin–and not necessarily about creation or race.

People like you who argue about the authenticity of bible don't care about its main goal.
You just want to find seemingly logical means to water it down.

The bible teaches so many good things.

The quran regiments your life telling you what to do and what not to do, following the needs and requirements of illiterate camel riders of 600AD. It tells you to women have limited rights. It tells you of how Mohammed has sex with all his wives everyday and tells you of how he snatches other people’s wives. Edit*** ok.. I would love to explain more but then it depends on your level of education and how u much of biology & history u understand.

But people have studied these things by doing what we called radio dating or scanning on remains of human bones dug up from the earth a.k.a Fossils. People have actually invested their lives and billions of dollars to study these things
