Its very possible to walk in monday but honestly there s no diffrence between monday and tuesday and this is off peak period your visa will be processed fast. is this abuja or lagos?

Yes paid my accommodation deposit using the normal debit card. Once the equivalent is less than 100usd it will go. If your bank is not a thief like access, fcmb and gt. You will be debited at interbank rate

It should be enough. Get an affidavit in addition and you should be good to go. But if you still have time, you can request for a new one from WAEC. Just go to their office and ask for the proceedure.
