Ole is simply not good enough chief. Right from the moment he was appointed, we had a honeymoon period then became trash. The season after we made excuses, saying the lack of discernable pattern was because he was still clearing deadwood and building his own team (a few people here had started pointing out flaws as early as then). Last season, however, there was no reason why we should have gone trophyless, playing with still no discernable pattern. I have always made excuses for him but he should be managing a championship tea. This team of so-called professionals still make amateur decisions repeatedly, and whatever tactics they are being taught to employ is obviously vastly inferior to what you would get from top-class coaches the man should be competing with. He's done a good job rebuilding the team and helping set up some kind of structure, the attention has now been refocused to having success with the team and Ole is woefully inadequate and lacking in more ways than one.

Many of us have always pointed it out that The board members are the number one problem. Not any player or manager.

These guys have become so comfortable with mediocrity. No rush or determination for success.

At Madrid or Bayern if you're not competing for the league or UCL, you are gone. None of that rebuild or top 4 nonsense.

Realistically Ole should have been sacked after dropping out of UCL last season. He ended the season badly. Lost at home to Liverpool and Leicester. Lost the Europa final. Yet, somehow, someone saw all that and said "Yeah. This guy deserves a new contract".

If not for money, we would have gone the way of AC Milan.

Sometimes I feel like we need to sit The Glazers and SAF down so they can tell us what they see that the rest of us aren't coz I cant believe Ole woke up this morning still the United manager.
