mzjennypher: Both are the same doesn't really matter who you write it with. I did British Council myself and it wasnt as it was painted by some persons. 6 Likes |

mzjennypher:Doesn't really matter which exam body you register with. They are the same biko. Success depends on the preparation put into taking the test. Wrote with BC twice (The first one I went to play, couldn't have aced jack, me self know work made it difficult for me to prepare for my first attempt and I had rescheduled twice, I couldn't reschedule again). My 2nd attempt would have been it for me but listening messed me up and it was Map that did me strong thing oooo. L-7.5 R-9.0 W-8.0 S-7.5 Even though I still have to retake the test again, it will always be British Council for me. Passing depends on the candidate. I remember your moniker, you got PPR in 2018. You be senior . This registration isn't for you right? 6 Likes |

Hello people, I want to know if it is better to select Ontario while doing your EE application since I have a sister there or I can still select that I'm interested in all provinces. Does selecting just one province during your application improve your chances of getting and ITA from a province? |

haylegbede1: i am not sure but I selected multiple Provinces (Not all Provinces) and i still got nominated by Ontario. Don't limit yourself. 2 Likes |

haks86:They seem fully booked until March. You just have to keep trying, someone said they tried around midnight and got a date in March |

Allegory: somebody suggested; Send them a mail with the subject: Appointment Booking, and attach a copy of your passport data page, stating your destination and the urgency. If they do not respond after 2 working days, call them very early like 8-8:30 time. I used this method to get a date for my friend. 2 Likes 1 Share |

niceeric:The 2 years validity period counts from the result's date and not the date the test was taken. |

hillony:I've been meaning to ask this question. I wrote my IElts exam in September 2020 and I collected the results one year later in August 2021 even though I checked the results online as soon as they came out. The only two dates on the certificate are September 2020 the date I sat the exam and August 2021 the date I collected the results. Which date do I use? 1 Like |

Allegory: niceeric: See here.....my reading of it is that it is from when the exam was written i.e. exam date NOT results date. https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/questions-answers-by-topic.asp?st=29.4.2 10 mins later......saw this also from IRCC website, which says the opposite.....I would go with exam date though if it were me https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/submit-profile/waiting-pool.html 2 Likes

niceeric: To be conservative just prepare to rewrite so profile doesn't expire because of IELTS and you lose any tie-break advantage. 1 Like |

Allegory:I don't seem to get the reason your TRF was having August 2021 which was when you got your TRF, instead of the date the result actually came out. |

hillony:Wow that's sad to hear and thanks for the real life experience. I also made a CLB10 and I'm sure you'll hit it again. It was 28th May actually, I raised an objection to my speaking score by way of an EOR and due to the pandemic, they didn't finish up and give me nu 7.5 till that date. Godspeed! |

Good evening all, I am at the point of creating my express entry profile and I am in a dilemma. I have almost four years of work experience in 4 jobs across 3 NOCs but one is for one year and continuous in the same NOC and would be my primary NOC. I would like to know if I would get crs points for the jobs that are not in the same NOC as my primary NOC? Basically I want to clarify if I need to have the three years in the same NOC to get maximum CRS points for work experience. Please this is urgentttt. THANK YOU ALL |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by Allegory(f): 6:18pm On Nov 07, 2021 |
NSE19:You can get points for all 4 years in 3 nocs. The most important thing is that you have one year of continous experience in your primary noc. 1 Like |

hillony:I just checked again to be sure. The only dates there are the dates I took the exam then the date beside the administrators signature which is the day I collected the results. But I just noticed they wrote on the certificate that the test should be rewritten 2 years from the test date, so I'm just going to use the date I took the test. |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by hillony: 10:20pm On Nov 07, 2021 |
Allegory:You should use the date you took the test then as against the date you got your TRF, as it is more congruent with the validity period of 2 years |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by hillony: 10:37pm On Nov 07, 2021 |
niceeric:I believe your test result's date is now the date of the result from your EOR, but hopefully they resume the general draws before February next year. If there is no sign of the general draws happening close to that period and especially if your profile is not close to a year in the pool, then you should go with what mamaroon suggested so that it doesn't get ineligible and you get to be in a position to take advantage of tie break, if the need arises. |

So I recently found out that my CES evaluation has been stagnant because I didn’t upload my copy of university transcript. My school sent them a copy though. I have been trying to update but it seems I can’t. I have sent series of mails but they’ve never replied any. Please what do I do? I am so confused. Please don’t ignore me, I beg you. |

Please, how do I book for remedical. I have tried on the websites of both Qlife and IOMLagos but there is no slot available this year. I have less than 20days for the remedicals. I have sent mails to them and yet to get a response. I also can't get through to them on the phone. Please help! |

lanregal: If it were me, I'd show up there at 5am...... when they begin at 8am, you show them the remed request from IRCC & plead that you be attended to because of the deadline....even if it means waiting till all the people with slots have been seen. I'll be very surprised if they turn you away. 5 Likes |
