Please, how do I book for remedical. I have tried on the websites of both Qlife and IOMLagos but there is no slot available this year. I have less than 20days for the remedicals. I have sent mails to them and yet to get a response. I also can't get through to them on the phone. Please help!

I concur it should be reviewed on the standard of reasonableness as per Vavilov & even Baker as this doesn’t fall under any of the exceptions.
The officer certainly didn’t take into consideration these factors and anyway this guy will certainly win IRCC and get his PR, I think some officer are yet to draw the line between reasonableness and correctness.

From this thread, I got the prompts for all the steps that lead to my PR.
Landed in Toronto in August and resumed school (full-time MBA), taking advantage of PR discounts.
In case you know of the Nigerian community in Toronto, if there is any WhatsApp group, I would be most happy to be referred.
I live somewhere Downtown, on the long Yonge street.

You can call qlife, they will ask you to send your medical request forms to an email and will respond with a date that is within the deadline given to you.

I know it's not easy with kids but I think you can gate crash with the kids . Explain you have just few days and still no response from them . Cause about of commotion. These guys save dates for people on tips. Take that risk, it will pay off.

My wife who is accompanying me to Canada has a sibling who is a Pr in Alberta.

Now my question is will Alberta recognize this as though i have a sibling point considering the fact that the sibling is for my accompanying spouse and not directly mine as the principal applicant.

Also when filling up the express entry i ticked No when asked if i have a sibling in Canada but ticked yes when asked same question in the accompanying spouse section.

Yes the sibling point will be given . That was how mine was . I’m the principal but I got sibling point via my spouse .
