Someone should help a brother on the inquiry below Good Day Gurus. I need your advice on behalf of my brother. He has B. Eng (Mechanical Engineering) which he obtained in 2012 at 2:2 level. He has never worked for someone since he graduated, rather he has been into private business since then. He is now planning to further his studies in Canada with interest in Welding and Fabrication, in one of the colleges, at Diploma level. I am afraid that this may not fly for the purpose of obtaining SP, considering the 9 years study gap and current occupation. I want to advice him to try PG in Global Business. I need advice on the best route he should pursue. Regards[/quote] |

It was a charge back!. You could have done biometrics if the payment bounced back days after completing your biometrics. So don't fret.if you are still in doubt. Reply me with the email I'll look it up to confirm if it actually belongs to an MP. At least you'll feel better and know you're not being toyed with. Dolly91: |

You'd have gotten the letter from IRCC sooner or later. And it will only delay you further. Kindly pay back and send a strong letter of explanation to IRCC. All the best Dolly91: |

Dolly91: Hello Dolly, Your agent paid for your application and that was why you were able to do your biometrics but the money was 'probably' charged back and that is why your application was placed on hold cos you are owing them. You are lucky to have contacted an MP that was able to find out what was wrong. Reach out to your agent if you are still in doubt but be sure he/she might not be sincere to you. Please pay the fee YOURSELF this time because you will still have to explain why 'you tried to cheat them before' much later else you might be looking at a ban. |

Dolly91: I also did biometrics and I got a charge back, I got procedural fairness letter last month, you're very lucky to find this out, I know a moniker here who got a message from IRCC that he has a debt of 235CAD and after paying he still got PFL, so I suggest you pay as soon as you can so you can get your ppr fast |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 20 by Omiinii: 6:40pm On Nov 09, 2021 |
DR AFO. The VO has issues with the documentation provided to show funds. He/she believes that either you do not have enough to cater for yourself and cover the total academic calendar of your program or that the program doesn't warrant such cost as you can source and get enrolled for it in your home country. The VO also has issues with your country of residency as He/she believes that you aren't showing enough ties simply by living outside your home country. The VO also has doubts about your purpose of study. This may be as a result of your socio-economic standing due to your income, education or employment status. DrAFOguns: 1 Like |
