The lawyers are not smart, that's exactly what the prosecution is looking for.
They are smart, now the discussion is about disallowing his legal team access to the court room which does not portray Nigeria in good light, how will a potential investor feel, that it's possible for this to happen to him if he has a case with his partners, clients or customers.
This is not about the prosecution but the perception been created about our country

cheesy

They had a secret trial today even in the face of the international community

Sometimes I wonder how these fulani judges obtained their qualification

if Binta Nyarko is not ready she should shift one side

Why is she disgracing Africa?

It's only Nnandi Kanu, IPOB and their SYMPATHISERS that are disgracing themselves.

it was said in the report that Kanu's lawyers staged a walk-out because of some flimsy excuse hence the adjournment but some idiats here are complaining of Buhari. I don't see how they connect. you don't just bring in people to court in a case as vital as this. you make it known to the judge before time and that person is given a pass. at least the main lawyers were in court ejiofor and ejimakor, so why stage a walk-out

I disagree. They are quite smart, they know with the weight of evidence against him he can't escape conviction for both incitement for genocide and terrorism. Their game plan is to create dramas to force continuous adornment while trying to force either a political solution or blackmail via violence and social disturbance on the FG while hoping the next Govt will be more sympathetic to his case

His lawyer is not prepared then. He should not have walked out. He should have informed the judge about new the development of the operatives of DSS. The judge would have given her orders to the operatives of DSS. If he is then not satisfied, he can then walk out.
Besides, I am perceiving compromise here.

adjournments court systems, that's what we have in this country

Did the courts force his lawyers to walkout thereby forcing an adjournment?

They want to stall his sure conviction for both incitement for genocide and terrorism
