odysey: I use Kuda because of their number of free transfers for the month and I haven't had any problem tbh. When I opened the account, I normally move funds from my other accounts into Kuda for the free transfers. Futhermore, I have done full verification with regards to my monthly income and other stuffs. Presently, I receive deposits into the accounts from third party without any qualms. Most guys with the current issues just opened accounts and starts depositing maximum daily deposits from day one, that makes you suspect as naiija dey now. Stay safe out there 6 Likes 3 Shares |

CRYPTO is not illegal whether CBN EFCC SARS or Police stand your ground Listen to this Crypto giant After a successful meeting at the National Assembly this morning between @officialGredo and Barrister Somtochukwu Okeke, with an Honorable member of the committee on Central Bank of Nigeria at the House of Representatives … wherein we tabled our concern as to the alleged ban on cryptocurrency by the CBN via a circular, and the constant harassment and infringement on crypto traders usage of their bank accounts for transactions been perpetrated by the CBN in conjunction with the banks… we all agreed that; 1. It is illegal for the CBN to issue a circular banning cryptocurrency as cryptocurrency is not captured within the BOFIA act… CBN only has powers to regulate matters captured within BOFIA act. 2. The CBN cannot place a ban on cryptocurrency, as it is an emerging modern trend and market… the CBN can only request the National Assembly to adopt a regulation to regulate the market, and not ban the market entirely. 3. The CBN cannot envelop all traders as sponsors of fraud, money laundering or terrorism… every sector has those who abuse it… the CBN can only work with relevant security agencies so as to control such negatives.. It was now resolved that 1. The lawyer put up a petition detailing all the harassment and intimidation by the CBN, Banks and EFCC against crypto traders, within this week, addressed to the National Assembly, signed by relevant crypto traders… Barrister Okeke will personally handover the petition to the speaker of the house of reps… the petition will be read and debated on the house floor… after which CBN will be addressed to refrain from such infringements and come up with better ways to regulate the trend… 2. Those already affected by the circular should approach the Federal High Court to unfreeze their accounts 6 Likes

Another thing; If your account hasn't been busy nor received any reasonable amount in the past two years, do not just do it overnight. How can your account be having 100 to 3000 balance for the past two years and suddenly it received 10milla in one day. They will flag it and investigate. At least, there should be a gradual build up or it was paid by a known company. Have a phone/tablet/laptop for your binance and related app and leave it at home abeg. Some people just carry flag for head say dem do crypto. The govet doesn't want it and we got to respect that. If you have only one phone, get Nokia torch light and use it while going out. What the police are doing is illegal but use sense to argue with them abeg. 17 Likes 2 Shares |

18. SLP Technical Analysis A slightly post-pubescent token too... just got recognized in April.... on April fool's day, an apt reply to the question: Why do fools fall in love?... Because their drink may have been laced with a smooth love potion... In other news, the price action is fully discounted, in fact the chart is trying to dig a hole into my CPU.... so anybody buying now with faith cannot be ridiculed. Any day it gets to 0.2, it should be appreciated like an olympic feat.... (Apparently AXS is overshadowing this token and preventing the love potion jazz from working on crypto traders) MOOD: Not enthusiastic on this one REKT = TRADE + NFA - DYOR - DD + FUD + FOMO - TRADING EDUCATION 3 Likes 1 Share
