EFCC are criminals jare, ever wondered why they don't arrest a yahoo boy twice? Because they settle. If you don't settle you carry place card. They arrested some yahoo Boys I know, billed them 1.5m each for bail. Then gave them 5m each to pay up in 6 months or they will be charged to court. So you are free to continue scamming but pay up when due. grin
